Beginner question: coffee is extracting too quickly even after grinding the coffee beans finer.
I grinded my coffee at 3 and 2 on the Eureka Mignon Zero. It extracted under 20 seconds and 1:3 ratio. Should I grind even finer or change something else?
New to working out: the rep suggestion changes after the first set
I was doing bench press and it said the reps should be between 8-10. For the first set it was 1 RIR at the suggested reps of 9. I did 9 reps with what felt like 1-2 RIR and clicked check and then it changed sets 2-4s rep suggestions to 6. 5, and 5. The RIR for the other reps was 2-3.
Why is that? Should I still try to do 8-10 reps and ignore the suggestion?

reddit.comImporting a Honda Accord 2020 from US to ON, Canada
I’m importing a car and facing some problems with the daytime running lights and the analog speedometer.
The Honda dealership said they can’t change the settings of the car to always have the DRL on no matter what. And, for the analog speedometer it doesn’t have a smaller kmh markings on the inside. I just have a digital speedometer in the middle of the dashboard to tell me my speed in kmh while the analog stays in mph.
Has anyone faced these problems and how did you get it fixed?

What steps can I take to stop emotional eating?
I’ve been struggling with emotional eating for a while now and I’m really looking for some practical advice on how to break the cycle. I tend to reach for food whenever I’m feeling bored, angry, sad, or even just mildly stressed, and it’s become my default coping mechanism and I can’t seem to shake it.
I’ve already tried a couple of the commonly suggested approaches. I’ve tried finding healthier food replacements so when the urge hits, I’m at least reaching for something less damaging. I’ve also tried meal prepping to reduce the stress of making healthy choices. Both of these work reasonably well when life is calm, but the moment any stress enters life or I’m outside — I find myself abandoning all of it and driving straight to the nearest fast food place.
It feels like my strategies only work under perfect conditions, which defeats the purpose. What I’m really looking for is something more impactful, techniques or mindset shifts that actually hold up when emotions are running high, not just when everything is already going fine. Has anyone managed to genuinely overcome this, and if so, what actually worked for you?
