Cece is 12 years old and declining in Atlanta’s Fulton County Animal Shelter. There are almost 50 dogs over the humane capacity and that can cause a huge frenzy of saving dogs with deadlines. But it leaves dogs like Cece out of sight, out of mind when it comes to foster/rescue/adoption visibility.

Here is a little more about Cece:
Cece was adopted out of Fulton County Animal Services as a 1 year old dog. For more than a decade she had a home.

In May Cece was found wandering as a stray and brought back to the same shelter she was adopted from. For whatever reason the “adopters” never responded when the shelter reached out to them (multiple times).

Cece has mobility issues and for a senior dog in a concrete box.. I just need her out of there. I am not able to fospice due to my being a volunteer out of state and having own seniors dogs and cats myself.

I’ve shared Cece’s shelter link below.
