I attempted to make homemade granola bars, but they turned out crumbly. Can you kindly point out where I went wrong?

I understand it should be simple, I’ve watched numerous videos and researched various recipes. Some recipes simply required refrigeration to set, while others involved baking using the same ingredients. Despite my confusion, I realized I didn’t want to refrigerate mine since I’d be taking them to work.

I used rolled oats, about 2cups about 1/2 cup maple syrup, about 1/2 peanut butter I didn’t use measuring cups so these are just estimates. Himalayan salt a pinch vanilla a splash , dried cranberries 1/4 cup , and a few chocolate chips maybe small handful less than 1/4 cup The result was delicious. However, I baked it, knowing that none of the ingredients needed baking, as suggested by the videos. Now, it’s still delicious, but it’s dry and crumbly.

This is a new experience for me. Unfortunately, I can’t eat nuts due to diverticulitis, so making them seemed like a safer option.

I currently use the vanicream with hyaluronic acid which has moisturized my face well but also burns. I’m thinking of trying of of the other 2. First picture is the one I use, if you swipe you will see the ones I’m thinking of trying. Both within my price point which I have to take into consideration as well when looking so can’t use big name brands that are 20+ anyone use these?

You just add chicken add the powder seasoning and bake 30 min. Had carrots, potatoes, and broccoli in it. I’m trying to re create the seasoning but no idea what it was! It was so good.

I woke up one morning and didn’t see a thing until I showered then noticed it. I’m not sure how or where it came from. I wash my bed linen each week, shower twice a day and do laundry each week clean clothes each day. Idk what to even put on it, I tried hydrocortisone & clotrimazole both haven’t helped it. It looks much more red in person.

I Start to feel good then make a homemade treat from scratch like me banana bread since I didn’t want to toss 4 bananas and I already have frozen ones. Not much sugar but still I ended up eating an entire loaf in one night and the other loaf the next day! Who does that😳Not one person I know could do that. I don’t understand why I couldn’t just give one loaf away or make it last over the span of 2 weeks as I don’t think it would be good past that. Even 2 loaves in 2 weeks is a lot but I think that can be worked in.
Now idk how to get back to eating on track, healthy nutritious meals as I am craving donuts, cake, chocolate, etc. please tell me I’m not alone!
