I just put the 502s back on after some initial buyer's remorse and they have grown on me lately. Doesn't handle quite as sharply in the corners, but the comfort on long drives and bumpy roads is a huge improvement. Currently on 245/45/17 all season tires but looking for recs/suggestions

Went with Falken Azenis RT615K+ 225/40/18 - these are my first track tires so I didn’t want to spring for the more expensive options. Absolutely loving them so far - cornering grip is tremendous and they’re a lot more comfortable and quiet on the street than Reddit made them out to be. You can feel when you’re getting close to the limit too - maybe some of the complaints come from drivers with heavier cars but for the 86 they’ve been a blast.
Turning is slightly less sharp on a wider tire but the grip more than makes up for it, don’t think I’ll ever go back to the pilot sports after this. Will check back in after 5k miles and see how they’re holding up. Can’t wait to spend all morning in the canyons tomorrow

Second time tinting a car and for me this is the perfect balance. 15% all around and 45% on the windshield - plenty of shade on the outside and visibility from the driver’s seat is great day and night.
My first tint (WRX STI) I was worried about going too dark and did 30% all around, 55% windshield. Much happier this time around - will try to get a good daytime pic tomorrow.
