In some levels like level 6 you can throw a 10-coin so it bounces of the wall and slices through the coin slot, so the door opens while it reaches back to you again. In other words you can open the door without spending 10 coins on it.

Played it as a kid and replayed it again like 3 decades later and it just strikes me as really easy. The levels are rather short as well.
