Would you pay 450 for a new LR4 on FB
someone is selling a brand new LR4 never even out of the box, would you jump on that?

I've had one LR4 for a few years now. When I got my kitten I put a regular box in the basement bathroom to give her the option in case she had a hard time adjusting to the LR. Both of my cats were regularly using both boxes so I thought it might be a good idea to have a permeant one in the basement. I came across a new one, in box, on facebook today and I jumped on it. Both cats used it immediately and it gave me a chance to do a deep clean on my old one without feeling like I had to rush. Second picture is cat tax.
I have two cats, a 6 year old and a 4 month old. The 4 month old has been with me for a month and a half. I had something come up where I have to go out of town unexpectedly.
Historically, when I travel I have someone come check on my cat once a day. She has a litter robot, a water fountain, and an auto feeder for dry food I can all monitor from my phone that can work even if there is a power outage. I pet proof the house and limit access to only a few rooms and set up cameras to monitor. My pet sitter comes over, plays with her and gives wet food.
With the new kitten I am SO anxious about leaving them. My usual pet sitter is not available this weekend and so I have had to try very hard to find people to help. I have two people stopping in while i'm gone , one in the morning and one in the evening to check on them.
This feels like the best solution I can come up with other than boarding them but I feel like that would be a traumatic experience for everyone.
My cats are typically home alone for 8 hours a day when I'm at work and spend the time sleeping throughout the day so they do fine on their own but i'm just so stressed about it. Are there any better solutions? Is this sufficient?? am i a terrible pet owner?????
This is the first time I've lived in a rental that requires me to replace my own filters. I was in the basement and saw there was an old 20x25x1 down there and assumed thats what I needed, I went to the store, bought a 4 pack of them got home , opened my 4 pack all excited to be set for awhile on filters and saw that my unit has a 20x25x4 in it.
How pertinent is it that I have the exact filter in there? Basically im upset I potentially wasted 40 dollars on these open filters and am hoping I can use them anyways for the time being.
I got a second cat about a month ago, theres a LR4 on fb marketplace for 325 and it feels like a deal I should jump on. Do I need a second robot?
NMIP A didn’t have a general consensus with my last post and I did have it in professionally in person too

Last two photos are the terms we are discussing as they are written now. I think he is just telling me to trust him that he wont hold us responsible? How firm should I be to get this in writing ?
His wife was responding in the first image with the black background, it seemed like she was open to the changes. He was responding in the second texts with the white background, not wanting to change it 15 hours later
My lease started on March 27th, I moved in April 8th, I have a water bill for 250 dollars from Match 30th to April 15th because my landlord has the sprinklers running 24/7, am I responsible for it?
I started somewhere between 142-145 depending on what time of the day I weighed myself and I am now around 135. I am on the pill purely for cosmetic reasons and I'm like it so far! I was constantly thinking about food and then feeling guilty about eating too much, overeating at dinner and not knowing when to stop.
This has helped immensely. I don't plan on being on it long term but I feel like this is helping repair my relationship with food.I have thought about my body and eating since I was first called fat in second grade, (I wasn't but thats besides the point) and I feel like I am finally breaking through that mindset.
I'm 5'5" for refrence
