I just finished "The Perfect Lover" (formerly called Personhood) and now I'm checking out "The Pod Generation". Both feel right at home in the Black Mirror universe.
Broccoli bunches are on sale this week but I know that a lot of the weight will be from the stalks. I would like to boil the stalks, blend them up, and strain them for a nice green sauce base. I'm thinking about it ultimately becoming a creamy base for a pesto pasta sauce or maybe even an herb risotto. Has anyone else tried this? Did it work?
So! I am very much an engineer-minded person and I had NO IDEA what to expect when I was given a free sample of a delta gummy from the local liquor store. I had the bright idea to actually take notes, sometimes with time stamps, so I could try my best to relay what exactly I was feeling on my first few experiences on gummies. The results are pretty damn hilarious...
