For those of you who have the Huntsville Heritage Cookbook, not only can you find Mrs. Von Braun's name, but I also saw some German recipes from a Gertrude Kindberg. Wow, she only recently passed in 2020! I love local history.

I used Sonny's (ThatDudeCanCook) method for boiled chicken breasts. SO JUICY. (The pink hue is from awful lighting. Sorry)

I tried edibles for the first time at age 37... and it was quite fun. Let me explain.

So! I am very much an engineer-minded person and I had NO IDEA what to expect when I was given a free sample of a delta gummy from the local liquor store. I had the bright idea to actually take notes, sometimes with time stamps, so I could try my best to relay what exactly I was feeling on my first few experiences on gummies. The results are pretty damn hilarious...

I'm cannabilizing a Bluetooth receiver board to be put into an old HiFi stereo. This was on the plastic shroud. Anybody know what this could be?

Humboldt Electromechanical Consolidation Machine?

I'm looking at how these fancy Humboldt consolidometers work. Evidently they automatically do all the load increments using electromechanical methods. No, since this thing needs wall outlet power, does anybody know what happens if we have a power outage during a test?

Moving back! I would love to hear some recommendations for moving companies!

I'd love to support a local business if they don't mind moving my stuff from Lebanon to Madison. Price is important but a responsible local company is worth a lot more in my opinion. Thank you!

I am trying to build a "retro" car stereo with modern Bluetooth capabilities with Class D power. Where can I find the buttons like the 5 in the middle here (or what are they called)?
