Who/where is *actually* hiring?
I’ve put in several applications and had 2 interviews so far but heard not a peep when it comes to a call back. I’m starting to think that most positions that are open locally are just for ghost jobs. Is there anywhere thats actually hiring?

I’ve put in several applications over the last few weeks and have only gotten 2 fucking interviews, and have been ghosted afterwards both times. What the fuck. These same places advertise open positions and shit but never want to hire anybody.
