See I understand that if ur on a high rank PC lobby, Wanda is basically useless, but in middle rank Console Lobbies the witch is genuinely lore accurate

Also side question, is anyone else afraid to play too much Wanda? I swapped bc the enemy was running Cap Rogue Daredevil AND magik at first genuinely the dive comp of DESPAIR but I'm constantly afraid if I main wanda I'll take MONTHS to rebuild the aim I have with jean or Elsa, and whenever I do reach the rank where the witch isn't meta I'll be USELESS on anybody with aim. Anybody else have this fear?

MONTHS I've heard "Blade D teir" "Blade throw pick", "Blade unplayable" and I NEVER believed it bc every game I had against a Blade was him just running me down
I say "Guys I think Blade's broken" "nah it's bc ur a tank" "poke shuts him down" "u dont play him u dont know" and it's true I have never played even a single game of Blade
Until I played him for the first time in my life 1 QP and 2 Comps I have NEVER taken a hero from QP to ranked that fast and, AS EXPECTED, he just slices through EVERYTHING, the biggest learning curve has just been managing dashes literally everything else bc not only is he broken but he's like 1 star easy
Have Blade mains been just blatantly lying? Or is this like the Thor Agenda that doesn't exist bc he's currently D, if not F tier.
Mind u im a lord phoenix the supposed best in slot dps and SHE never cooked like this it took months to even make her feel playable, ELSA never cooked like this, Im not delusional to think Im a master OOA level Blade player 3 games in so ?
I believe it is undeniable that Cloak and Dagger is the best hero in the GAME

nearly every support with decent healing output is near unkillable unless her entire team is dead, but their team usually cant die because they have a support pumping 10,000 heals into them

But I feel like the most EGREGIOUS example of this is Cloak and Dagger (Although White Fox, Invis, Rocket and ESPECIALLY Jeff are immortal as well)

How do you kill the support who has an immortality bubble with 6 seconds of downtime?

Who can shoot her (autoaim) healing off of you and it'll BOUNCE back to her

Who can give you VULNERABILITY (WHY does she have this) and kill you in under 3 seconds with cloaks auto aim primary

AND who can blind you with the same cooldown (again, why does she have this) and FADE AWAY

WHY can she make herself and her entire team invincible????? And it's not an ult

And her ult gives her 60 meters of FREE SPACE as the best ultimate in the GAME

So even if you CC her and remove her from her immortality ult she can just Cloak fade BACK into it
​
And on top of all of that she has a tiny skinny hitbox and can circumvent both poke damage AND melee damage by just moving in a circle around you πππ

Divers, High Rank Players. Literally anyone how do u deal with this hero

Susan's and White Foxes have the issue of being significantly more tanky than tanks and genuinely absorbing 1,000s of points of damage and just never dying

Rockets and Jeff's are OP bc they can always get away they will always outpace you they cant be interacted with because theyre always just too far away

And I think BOTH of these designs are unhealthy (the only fair supports to fight are ultron, Mantis, Luna yes Luna, and pre flight buff Adam)

This isnt just abt being the bigger person (although, that too, throwing is wrong). This is about the "ill just throw on BC so the devs buff her" sentiment.

If you throw in bulk, black cat will have a lower winrate. However, the devs KNOW that's because of throwing and thus assume it's NOT indicative of her personal hero strength or weakness.

Look at widow. Her winrate is AWFUL, BUT she can never get a buff bc the devs know it's only so low bc of throwing, so they can't ACTUALLY figure out how good or bad the hero is.

Compare that to torch, who's pickrate plummeted to below 1%. These NATURAL stats showed the hero was unpopular and GENUINELY weak and unplayable, and nerfs followed.

A mass throwing campaign would SHATTER our chances of her getting buffed back, if you EVER wanna see that second dash again just don't play the hero!!!!!!

The amount of times I've had a support (with more than enough skills to take care of themself) whine and beg for peel is absurd. Even more so bc often, they're getting it.

Your dps is fighting a diver who's attacking you. Bc the threat wasn't immediately on ur screen, u turned around and he died bc u didn't heal him. The diver, after killing ur friend, grabbed a health pack and killed you. You typed in all chat gg no peel.

Ur tank is trying to hold frontline at half hp with no healing. Your voice comms are on. You're dead silent as the daredevil fights you for a full 25 seconds, and only speak AFTER you're already dead to call your team bad. That time was better used communicating as ur getting dove to come help.

I just had a game myself. I was solo dps. We had 3 supports. Jeff. Adam. Sue. Unkillable. And They're complaining in chat bc a namor was in the backline. A namor. Vs 3 supports with good damage or survivability.

You're making your own problems. Heal the guy peeling for u. LOOK at him until the diver is dead and he's full hp again. Speak up AS the dive happens. Don't insult ur team or call them bad for not babysitting you. And remember, you HAVE weapons. USE THEM.

Bubble yourself, blind them and shoot them as cloak. Drop your vortex as Sue and primary melee cancel. Do your 5 charge + 2 body shots burst as Adam. Freeze double headshot as luna. USE THE BROKEN KITS THE DEVS GAVE U.

I have BEEN the peeling tank or dps getting yelled at, I have BEEN the dive watching your team peel for u and you don't see it, I have BEEN the support who gets TRIPLE DOVE but bc i actually use the broken kits the devs gave us, I can live without needing to yell at my team. Sometimes it'll work, sometimes not, that's how it goes.

Wdym "Unintentionally" getting multiple coins from dashing through groups is a part of playing her AND she's only going to have ONE dash why would they add ANOTHER nerf under the guise of a bug fix.
Her orb is now COMPLETELY useless wirh the wallhack ability losing its wallhacks (I'll probably just unbind it bc why would I ever need this) and now she has FEWER dashes, they do less damage and they can't steal from groups why is there even a dash now
First they beat torch wirh a stick and break his legs then they chinese water torture Phoenix to death, then they run over elsa with a Ford f150 then they pour the toxic goop on daredevil a second time and now this WHY can none of my dps mains stay viable every time I start playing one they get SLAUGHTERED this is CRAZY

There's an ETERNAL cycle. A dps comes out. It's actually possible to climb on them. People complain. They get nerfed. Shoot back down the ranks. A new one drops. 50/50 climbable or garbage. Repeat.
Theres no TIME to get good and get high up the ranks wirh anyone because they IMMEDIATELY get gutted. Release Elsa was good they shot her in the legs immediately, Release Phoenix was fun they took away her melee sparks and have been making UNNEEDED changes ever since.
Characters like black cat and Daredevil especially need to exist. As of rn, Supports are holding 90% of my games hostage.
They're easy and overpowered, so low skilled players will climb with them with NO skill to actually heal their team and will watch you die right in front of them, but they're also just strong enough that you cant kill them and even a single dagger bubble or a sue shield or a luna clap will heal them enough to make them nearly unkillable.
We NEED heroes like daredevil and blackcat to make dealing with supports even manageable. Cloak and dagger is the best hero in the game. Luna snow is a superior hela who also heals. Invisible woman is STILL immortal. Jeff is uncatchable, unstoppable, can manipulate his hitbox and genuinely needs a rework again and you cant even interact with the raccoon on most of the roster.
The only dps who should stay how they are are Black Cat, Daredevil, Blade and Spiderman. Magik only needs a SLIGHT Buff (like removing the falloff from the sword, a wider dash hitbox and not making her double targetable when she portals).
Give BP a 3rd spear and let him apply marks with his primary. Bring back season 0 Iron Fist. Let Black Widow One shot 250 (and bring every support back down to 250 only 275s should be adam and Ultron) make elsa only lose one level on death and reduce the cooldown again. Idk what Psylocke needs but she needs it BAD.
We have NO answer to deal with support players, and climbing or falling in the ranks is 100% determinant on "does my team have the sentient cloak and dagger, or the one who shoots at the wall and blames her teammates". There's no world where an isolated support should win a 1v1 with a diver no ult and no other support healing her.
That diver is doing complex 16 part combos, tracking the enemy, baiting out cooldowns, making perfect engages, managing their own cooldowns perfectly and having to get out or die perfectly in a game with insane CC and ttk. The support presses 1 button (shield, bubble, swim, wall crawl, fox form) and primary. WHY are we weakening the high effort heroes for the no skill ones.
Our wanda left in the early game with Zero kills and I locked in and took us to victory the 5v6 was in the enemy's favor and we still had them spawn trapped this game is SO rigged
Asking for Help Directly has NEVER worked, so let me find out what NOT to do and work my way from there.
Instead of asking how to climb, what do you think players do that keep them from climbing?
As I get good answers Ill edit the post and add them so this can be a master list of what NOT to do.
Whether its gamesense tips like "not taking cover" or hero selection tips like "Choosing Widow or Phoenix" or the more esoteric matchmaking stuff like "playing during peak hours on weekends" Id LOVE to hear from all ranks

I went 43 15 as Emma. The next highest performer on my Team was Cloak and Dagger at 32 12 My Moon Knight went 18 12.
WHAT do u do in this situation everyone who says "if you're stuck in X rank its a skill issue" I need you to see this and realize you can do everything you can but if Rivals says you won't win, you won't win.
Ive been playing a lot of Hela lately. She has fallen off BAD. She went from one of the best DPS to B tier at BEST.
Its not season 0 anymore guys you can just walk at half the hitscans and they fall over
She has no real mobility but a long cooldown single direction bird, she runs out of ammo WAYYYY too fast, her stun doesn't work half the time, im pretty sure she has no regs.
You're "supposed" to take an off angle, but also you really can't because the second you do you will IMMEDIATELY be found and die bc u have no mobility tools to get in or out
Theres also the fact that you cant rely on your supports to keep you up and she has no way of regaining health lt getting overshield except for tbe pitiful 25 shield from the bird bc the game has a general issue with dps being FARRRR too killable and far too reliant on supports, (who are usually not very good) except for the few good exceptions like Black Cat, Spider-Man or Daredevil
Personally I think raising her ammo to 15 or 20 and giving her 2 bird dashes and reducing her falloff (Why does the semi sniper have falloff anyways) would save her, but either way she needs to be fixed I never would've said this until after actually playing her a bunch Hela is NOT good
