If I pull out, the agent said that they will need to retain one week which is 50% of what I paid - is this legal?
How much money would I be able to get back ?

- How do I know that my exam has been completed? As in, is there going to be some confirmation or evidence stating that my exam has been completed?

I am getting paid Jobseeker payments from Centrelink roughly 700 (incl. energy supplement) per fortnight. But the maximum amount paid according to my age and circumstances would be 817.5 (https://www.ozsparkhub.com.au/useful\_tools/centrelink-payment-calculator) (incl. energy supplement) - could anyone explain the difference here?
I live with parents and no any form of income at all, I dont pay any rent either.
