Garfiel beats her to death over and over for a month

Just so I can be perfectly clear, Garfiel is capable of doing sit-ups for literal weeks on end without actually getting tired to the extent Otto or Subaru have to tell him to stop, the only reason we ever see Garfiel get tired in fights is because he is fighting people who cause him to expend far more energy than he can recover, and even then he recovers in about a day or two.

Atofe quite literally has nothing in her arsenal that is fast or hits hard enough to cause Garfiel to expend any significant amount of energy, so Garfiel genuinely lobotomises her continuously and then punts her out the continent so he wins via BFR
