Currently 6'3" & 245lbs. Looking to slim down as much as possible for wedding in late June. I have been taking Zepbound from primary care for a year and have lost about 30lbs. I am very active for work (construction) and lift weights 3-4 days a week and walk in treadmill for 30min 5-6 days. I don't lift heavy and too much because I feel it just stacks the muscle under my fat. My focus areas are my chest (man boobs) and stomach (gut). When dressed I don't look that "fat" but when my shirt comes off I am very self conscious. Looking for suggestions with any peptides that would help and even exercise routine.

I know hard work is required and feel I can put in the effort. I have home gymnwiyh free weights, bench, treadmill and would prefer to workout there to save time. Any help appreciated. Not sure if I should include a Pic. If it would help I could add in comments or edit.

Hello. I am having a hell of a time finding replacement hands for this watch. It's the 42mm size and 3235 movement. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate. I really just need the second hand but figured I would have to grab all 3.
