My second ever convention went very bad even with a full table, any advice?

So hm I’m still super shocked after today’s one day convention. It was busy, lots of people until the last hour, lots of people passed by my table—but I made only 200£.
This is my second ever convention, in my first convention my table was very empty, with only 8 prints and some postcard. I did not prepare much at all, and the display was very basic, just a few cubes with my prints on and postcards laying flat. However, I even made more than this second time! (I made 300£ in my first convention) And there was lots less people compared to the second time.
Today, I went in with confidence of making at least 500£—as I have made my table full, adding new art prints, postcards, I designed new stickers and photocards and such, changed the whole display design, it was a lot of effort and work during preparation and I honestly believed why wouldn’t I be making more, especially when this convention is bigger.
But when the show starts I knew I was wrong. Most people just took a look at my table for like 2 seconds and instantly attracted by my neighbors who had lots key chains and more practical stuff like water bottles etc. their table was busy all the time, while mine is empty most of the time.
There were people saying that my art is good, but then they left. I thought if I had put the price too high, so I went to check other artists but we all have same or similar prices. Sitting there for 7 hours just looking at majority of people walking past my table with no intention to stop by or take a closer look felt like prison.
Most stuff I sold today was stickers and postcards, while the main focus of my table should ideally be prints (A4 prints did well in my first time con, but barely sold any in this con).
I made 200£, with this full table. I’m shocked, and honestly don’t know what’s wrong with it, why is it so unattractive, what should I do to improve for next time. Any advice or criticism would be appreciated. Thank you.
