I think her brother (the Wolf) taught San how to use a knife, like the claws of an animal. A form of self-defense. That's why she used a short knife quite well when fighting Eboshi.

Thứ Bảy tuần này (11/07), B/S Art Studio có tổ chức một buổi Talk nhỏ, ấm cúng để tụi mình những người đi trước, hoạt động nghệ thuật 20 năm và các bạn sinh viên – cùng ngồi lại chuyện trò, gỡ rối về câu chuyện: Làm nghệ thuật bền vững và mang "Bản sắc Việt" làm vũ khí độc bản trong thời đại AI.

Buổi này hoàn toàn không đao to búa lớn, không lý thuyết suông, chỉ có:
Những bài học thực tế, kinh nghiệm xương máu khi thích nghi với công nghệ.
Cách đưa chất liệu văn hóa vào tác phẩm để tạo dấu ấn cá nhân không thể thay thế.
Một không gian studio đầy cảm hứng để mọi người thoải mái kết nối, tìm kiếm cơ hội làm nghề hoặc cộng tác sau này.

That's one of the scenes in the film that made me fall in love with Ghibli art. When Chihiro walks on the water and the waves spread out, I feel my soul cleansed and a sense of peace.

The Bilingual English-Vietnamese Art Fairy Tale Story Book "The Sprout of Hope"
The story follows a Tiger cub born in the spring, whom his parents name Hope, symbolizing a bright and optimistic new beginning.
The primeval forest where Hope’s family and other animals live gradually shows signs of human encroachment.
Then, one day, the entire forest is completely burned down.
With his small strength, Hope is able to protect only a single young sprout.
Hope believes that from this last sprout, he might one day restore the lost forests and revive the ecosystem of the vast forest.

Materials: Faber-Castell colored pencils, Kaco fineliners, and ballpoint pens on linen paper. I’ve been using this combination for over 15 years, and it’s still one of my favorite mediums to work with. ✨🎨
