Antenna rec needed for condo/apartment lanai/balcony

I currently have a flat antenna mounted with stickers on the window of my sliding glass door to my lanai/balcony.

Does anyone have a recommendation for an antenna that I can mount inside my lanai (not outside... damn HOA!) that is strong enough for ~ 70mile range?

Need advice about asking someone from church for lunch/dinner

Good afternoon Brothers and Sisters...

I am reaching out as I need some advice about someone I have a bit of an interest in at my church.

For context... I am late 40s, she is early 60's. we have chatted several times, and she is always warm and cordial, in ways that she's not "obligated" to be as a sister in Christ. We have some similarities of our past (I don't want to explain due to privacy) that we had connected over originally. She always comes up to me at church with the biggest hug, etc.

Anyway... the reason for my hesitation to ask and coming here for advice is I had a relationship with someone at the same church that ended about 3 years ago. It was a bit of an ugly breakup to where we completely avoided each other at church (a bit of the Jezebel spirit in her, if you catch my drift).

My worry is not of my ex finding out... I don't think she would cause trouble.

My worries are the following...

  1. Getting rejected, and having to run into her again.

  2. The risk of gossip spreading around church.

  3. Having it not work, and running into the same issues as I do with my previous ex.

How can I maturely approach her to invite her to a dinner/lunch where we can get to know one another more deeply without the risk of discomfort or awkwardness?
Should I approach her at church, or would a phone call be sufficient?

Must see's for a 10-14 day first time trip?

Good morning! I am a 49 year old male US citizen, trying to plan a 10-14 day trip this coming fall for the first time, but having trouble planning an itinerary.

ChatGPT gave me some rough ideas, but want to throw the question up here for more first hand experiences and recommendations.

My interests or things I definitely want to do on this trip:

Explore Bangkok... street food, nightlife, overall city lifestyle.
Pattaya (This is a maybe, unless someone can offer must-see's)
Beaches
Elephant sanctuary
Maybe one or two temples

I don't drink, however, I don't mind in engaging in adult fun with the ladies.

I'm not really looking to engage much with the mountain life this trip... maybe a future one.
Leaning more toward urban experience and tropical beaches.

Thank

Insulating a garage door

Can anyone recommend a garage or handyman service that could do or assist with insulating a one-garage door in the Ft. Myers area? Thanks!

2025 certifed pre-owned car with only ~5K miles on it... red flag??

I am shopping online for a used car and see 2 2025 RAV4s with only 5K and 5,733 miles on them.

CarFax reports look clean. Any reason these might be for sale with such low mileage and only a year old?

"Dark horse" cologne recommendations?

What are dark horse or hidden gem fragrances that still turn heads, and often aren't in the same conversation as the more popular brands like Sauvage or BDC?

I'm not talking about expensive designers... but more overlooked affordable/mid priced brands.

I feel like I don't even exist to my boss...

I;ve been in my role on this team supporting a Director/department head since this past December as an administrative assistant. There wasn't much of a learning program to learn the department-specific roles, so I just winged it until correction was needed or I found a better way. My boss confirmed that she's a very hands off manager, which is a positive, because I loathe working with or for micro-managers and helicopter bosses.

On the flipside, I think she is sometimes TOO hands off, to where I feel she thinks I don't exist. She rarely answers my emails and if/when, a long gap of time goes by. When I DM on WebEx or text her, I never get a response.

The more recent incidents have really made me feel this way....

Today, as well as a few weeks ago, she didn't come in the office, nor was there any indication of life/activity on WebEx for her if she was working remotely. I reached out a few times on emails for some things and no response. I asked her senior most report-to below her on our team and he said she called out. Same thing for a few weeks ago.

There are times this happens and people ask if she's in, and I feel stupid for saying I don't know. I have had some even insinuate "you're her assistant.. why don't you know".

Does anyone work for a boss like this, and how are you managing this? I brought up these communication issues in my post-90 day evaluation (which I got nothing short of rave reviews during), and they were acknowledged, but nothing seems to be changing.

What is the best/most accurate way to determine my car's re-sale value?

Looking to sell my car, most likely though a dealer trade-in or something like Carvana.

Before doing so, I want to do my research and get an idea of it's worth beforehand so I know if I am getting a good deal.

I am certainly aware of KBB, but I was recently told to look at what the model is going for on the private market.

Any advice on where I should be looking? Thank you!

Need some recommendations on reputable car details (mobile preferred but open to shops) in the Fort Myers area. I am located closed to the Cape Parkway bridge for reference.

Thank you!

Curious to know everyone's thought about this....

Would it be wrong or "dishonest" to enter some particular points/themes into chai AI, and have it generate a meaningful communion talk to be delivered at Sunday service? Would that be dishonest and disrespectful to the congregation? Or is embracing the use of such technology now just a "thing of the times"?

For context... I am NOT clergy or any kind of church leader, rather just a member of the congregation. I am relatively new to Bible study (lifelong Catholic, recent convert to nondenominational Christian), so my in depth Scriptural knowledge is only to a certain level.

I need advice about how to proceed with applying for other jobs within my company bc my boss doesn't communicate during business critical needs.

I recently started in an administrative assistant position in a large regional organization this past December. The company is good to work for and has a great benefits package. When I first came on in December, my manager was excited to have me on. She had nothing but glowing reviews during my 90 day review, and has continued to give positive feedback the very few times she has.

However, despite my efforts otherwise, I feel very disconnected from my team. The rest of the team has been with the company for several years, so of course everyone is clique-y and I totally get that. The biggest stumbling block though is with my department director, whom I assist directly. She's not very communicative when I reach out asking for business critical questions or request support. I am not sure if she doesn't get my messages, is too pre-occupied with work to where they get overlooked, or doesn't bother. I try to be understanding of the amount of work she is under so I don't harass her with follow ups, but it's getting to the point of being annoying when I do. I already brought this up in the 90 day review but it doesn't seem to have helped.

So now I am certainly thinking of applying to other jobs within the company when my 6-month freeze is lifted. How can I work with my manager to make this happen smoothly without burning a bridge this early in my tenure?
