Ive been searching for some survival zombie mods that works more as a "simulator" or a survival game than a shooter one.

Im NOT centered too much on mods that only add zombies so you can shoot them with left 4 dead zombies and stuff like that. Im looking on a mod that adds mechanics that are available at games like project zomboid (things like looting, food, inventory, crafting weapons, fixing cars, breaking into houses etc etc). Im searching to a "simulator" mod than a "shooter" one lol.

Ive searched mods on YouTube but I found a lot of mods and I cant really decide on which one to try out. Thanks!

Im looking to build a really high gain fuzz without having to use the integrated circuits (my store doesnt have them anymore lol) so im kinda attached to do other circuits xD. Im looking towards a sunn O))) gain style pedal if possible: im not looking towards an specific sound bc im in a band that makes original music so doesnt matter.

I have (for luck) germanium transistors in my house so im able to do fuzzes of germanium too :)

Hi! Im making a song and Ive used some "ready for mix" nam files from tone3000 and theyre awesome for making music!

One of the problems I reached was that there are not too many files from other amps that are high gain (Almost all ready for mix style files were 5150, boogie dual rec etc) which theyre awesome, but im still in need of a mid gain and low gain rig captures (for example, I like a lot the sound of marshalls jm50p, vox style amps and fenders deluxe reverbs).

I couldnt find any of these types of amps that are ready to use in a mix. Has anyone know other web like tone3000 that I could search nam files ready for mix? Thanks!

Hi! Im trying to make a song with audacity, recording my guitar to the valeton gp100 and then with a usb cable to my pc: Im using headphones through the valeton gp100 phones port and using an A2 NAM file inside the valeton of a full rig amp.

Whenever I record something and play it after on the audacity program it sounds extra distorted (like if the program added more distortion to the sound). Also, it doesnt sound exactly like im hearing through my headphones whenever I play: I might be playing while recording and have a good sound to then listen to the recorded audio resulting in a sound with more distortion that I actually have.

Maybe is because I use low volumes? Im used to put the máster at 30 and preset volume at 10 or even lower, maybe with higher volume I might notice If my sound is too distorted? Im new into multieffects so sorry if I can explain correctly whats happening to me

Im making a metal song and I know zero about audacity lol.

Im using the multieffects of my guitar to record guitar and bass, but now all thats left is drums and vocals.

I dont know someone that plays drums and I wanted to make a drum beat using only my pc (which is pretty old, I cant even run things like ml soundlabs drums etc).

Is there a way to make easily a drum beat for my song? I dont want to spend a lot of time trying to learn this stuff, maybe is there a plugin that works like those pads where you select and it sounds at a specific bpm? Thanks!

Im thinking about my third guitar build and I wanted a bar system without the floyd rose aesthetic and inconveniences.

Right now im between getting a six screw tremolo like the prs or strat style and the bigsby vibrato.

I want to know if i could achieve more guitar expression than the average vibrato of the bigsby with a thinner string gauge set. I know that bigsbys are for subtle vibratos but I guess that if I use lighter string gauges it could make a bigger range right?

If someone did put light string gauges with a bigsby, how was it? Any tips??

Im making a telecaster and I was wondering what paint should I get. Im aiming to use the guitar often to make it slowly "relic" the guitar with the pass of time and deteriorate the parts im playing the most (like the arm, belly cut, etc).

What about the primer? I want the wood to be able to see through so I guess I would have to get a primer like that too? I dont know nothing about paint so its my first post about this.

Ive been thinking about buying these types of amp modules like the tpa3118 to pair with a guitar cab. The problem is that I didnt see anyone on YouTube yet doing it like this.

The chain would be like this;

Guitar->valeton gp100 with a nam a2 headcapture->powrr amp module->Guitar cab

Would this work? Has anybody tried this? I want to play metal and here in my country amps are pretty expensive lol

Hi! Im making a tele body and Im at the part when im placing the string ferrules.

I dont have a drill press and I thought that I could do it with a drill only. Wrong lmao.

The back of the guitar looks all crooked and weird, so Im refilling with glue and sawdust to try again.

What should I do if I dont have a drill press? Im scared to fuck it up again lol. I have a router but I dont know if its useful with this. I thought maybe using a small bit I could try to straighten the holes once the glue is dried and with that straight guide use the drill again to try keep going.

Any ideas or help?

Im making a baritone guitar, tuned in drop A with thick strings, doing also drop F# at maximum. Im using only a bridge ceramic humbucker with high output (14k) and I want Just volume and tone controls. Im searching for a modern metal tone (like metalcore for example)

I wanted to know what stuff should I use and buy: im afraid that the thick strings and tuning might take away the tight low end im looking for.

I need a plane to level the surface of a 2 inch thick plank as flat as possible to glue with other one with the same thickness. The length of the plank is two feet and I need it to be as perfect as possible lol.

I want to make a Jack plane because here in argentina things are so overpriced that it doesnt make sense at all to buy a cheap one that costs 30 usd and its the most crappy thing ever. Also, I couldnt find a 2 inch blade on the Jack planes theyre selling but I found the blade separate, so I thought I may give it a try to make one lol.

Here are my questions:

How large and Wide should the base be? What wood should I use for the base or should I use a metal base? At What angle should I make the blade go? Is it an easy tool to make for the first time?

I live in argentina. I’ve never liked fishing, but I love eating fish. I feel like it’s a skill I really need to develop, which is why I wanted to write this post.

There’s a lagoon in my town where you can find silverside, catfish, and carp. I go there on weekends, and since my only gear is a bamboo pole and a line with a bobber and hook, I was wondering what I’d need to fish one big enough for eating lmao. I don’t know anything about fishing; the only time I ever fished was when I was a kid. I recently got a fiberglass rod, but I have absolutely nothing else besides that.

I was wondering what fishing method I should use, what would be recommended in my case, and if instead of bread or flour-based baits I could use something made with cornstarch (I have celiac disease, and if I eat even a crumb, I’ll totally wreck my system, hahaha).

Also, is this different from a lagoon than fishing on a Beach? Id like to do that one day too, but im not sure if im able to do that yet.

En mi pueblo hay una laguna donde hay pejerreyes, bagres y carpas. Siempre voy allá los fines de semana y como no tengo otro equipo que no sea una caña de bambú y una tanza con una boya y anzuelo me preguntaba qué tendría que conseguir para poder empezar a pescar ahí y morfar pescados: no solo pescarlos.

No sé nada de pesca, la única vez q pesque fue de muy chico. Recientemente conseguí una caña de fibra de vidrio pero no tengo absolutamente nada más que esa caña. Me preguntaba qué modalidad de pesca tengo que hacer, qué sería lo recomendable en mi caso y si en vez de pan o carnadas con harina puedo usar algo hecho con maizena (soy celiaco y si llego a comer incluso una miga me c*go todo jajjajaja)

Im using a 65mm 83A longboard wheels that i rotate from my longboard to my cruiser (which is my skateboard old deck).

Im thinking about buying a 63mm 80A local wheels that has rounded shape to still do some old school and freestyle tricks and being able to Cruise in the very rough terrain I have in my city (which is the worst ever lol). This wheel is almost transparent: looks like silicone almost lol.

I found also a 65mm longboard wheel which has 78A hardness: this wheel is from a local brand too but its Aimed for a longboard than a cruiser: the wheels are wider and doesnt have the shape I look. But instead it has the 78A hardness that all People recommend me to skate.

Is 78A and 80A different? Is 83A to 80A a noticeable gap? What about 83A to 78A?

Also I got another weird question, what about shaping the wheel? Can I reshape a skate wheel with a sandpaper? I know this sounds like im trolling but I Wonder if its possible lol.

Im going to camp on a forest close to the Beach on summer. Ive never bought gear cause my dad gives me always his stuff when im with him, but now Ill be with my friends so I need some stuff lmao.

I will go only with a backpack, im not sure which backpack capacity should I get cause Ill be there for a week (im thinking about 65 liters aprox). Inside I will place all my clothes (just 3 of each thing except only one pair of shoes, polar and a jacket) and the equipment Ill use (cooking stuff, etc.)

The problem is that I want to travel as light as possible but I didnt figured out about where to sleep! Should I get a hammock, a small tent... what??

The climate im going to be is warm at day and cold at night with moderate Wind (from 16°C to 34°C) so im wondering if sleeping on a hammock with all my clothes on is a great idea or should I just get a sleeping bag and sleep on the floor... im not sure at the moment thats why im asking lol.

Im running on a low budget too cause I want to get all the essencials I need for camping. And also need a good backpack for this lmao. I already have a sleeping bag which could work, but im not sure what to do yet.

I like to do freestyle and street tricks, but in my country I cant find the tailguards.

My skate is starting to get razor tail from the freestyle tricks so I was wondering what could I use to make tailguards. I found a video where a guy used a small cutting table but I cant find any on the streets so... what could I do?
