It's nearly winter 🥶, and it's absolutely freezing in my room.
Can't afford the heater.
I would normally wear a beanie to bed, so my head isn't freezing while trying to sleep. But it can probably damage my hair.
Any ideas to keep warm, but not damage hair?

I have always had fine wavy hair,
Every autumn/ winter cold season I end up with very itchy scalp and significant hair loss.
I've read people can lose alot of hair during this time, but wanted to know from anyone else who goes thru this. What do you do to try minimise loss?
I usually massage scalp with 50/50 apple apple vinegar and water, which stops the itch and any dry skin alot. But hoping to try another remedy.
Or maybe try anti dandruff shampoo conditioner once a week.
Iam low in iron and probably vit d, so I need to see dr for test for that, and improve that best I can.
So I've been playing since 2020, but still don't understand villagers gifting clothes.
I know I can sell for bells, or regift to another villager. But they just gift...so many lol 😂

Just curious how you all track this, with some sort of watch, or its a guess how much you have walked.

I have had mine since December and still in original condition except abit of dirt, as black shoes are a dirt magnet 🧲.
Iam hoping to get afew years wear out of them, I don't walk much in them maybe 1 hour a week if that. ( Use other shoes for different purposes )
Iam not one to quickly race out and buy the latest and greatest the second it's out.
Still play the lite and love it. Husband has his ps3 he was playing untill recently he had problems with it. Otherwise he would still play that instead of getting a ps5.
He actually wants to buy another ps3 to replace broken one.
There's only one game on Switch2 that peaks my interest ( donkey Kong bananza) but I wont get those for many years yet.
The only thing that would make me want to upgrade is if Nintendo decided to stop supporting Switch lite, and I have no choice. That would be infuriating because iam not rich 🤑. 😂.
