I'm trying to drop a class and I can't seem to do it. It says no time ticket. Is it too late to drop? Classes haven't even started

I want to completely withdraw from the class. It's become too overwhelming to balance with work and like (was doing it outside of work). I've been using a lot of Claude code and after finishing IYSE6501 last semester this degree feels useless for my career.

So I got a full sized spare for any long distance journeys (I know it takes space but it's just me and my girlfriend and we travel pretty light). How do I secure it in the trunk safely? It's about 70 pounds. If you guys have a picture of how you did it that would be great

Thinking of getting one for long distance travels just in case (have had multiple tire nail incidents in the past). Have you actually used it?

Or do I get new plates with the same number?

Recently went to get a Subaru Forester. Just test drive and the salesman mentioned he didn't get commission with his company. Idk if that is a sales tactic or actually true. So basically are there non commission car salesman?

Know the title sounds dumb but in my area the RAV4 is pretty much non negotiable due to it selling before it even gets to the lot. Is the Forester a bit negotiable in your experience? Looking to get the Touring Hybrid in a couple weeks.

I'm curious about the expenses. Mostly interested in people who don't do stuff themselves (I'm no good with cars).

Would especially like to hear how your 30000 mile service costs were.

Curious because I'm considering Forester and have heard of higher expenses in maintenance compared to Honda or Toyota.

I'd like to avoid classes like it in the future. Just finished the class and got an A. Everyone on this sub said it was a great class in the early thread and I felt it would not be. My feelings were right.

Peer grading with chatGPT, grades not being distributed for the effort, meh course design. The only positive was the lectures. The course has not been updated in 5 years it seems based on lectures. A couple of the TAs were just straight up pissy.

I enjoyed 6040 way more. Definitely harder class but better designed in my opinion.

Does anyone else feel the same?

Considering the Forester hybrid. I read that the leather Subaru uses have issues with cracking and stuff. Have any of you run into that issue?

Flew on Singapore because Qatar was too risky due to the war. The flying experience in economy was noticeably worse in my opinion.

Qatar usually does 2 full meals + 2 tea times for flights from the US. Singapore only did two. The food was not great comparatively but whatever. The service was really weird to me. They'd serve all the specialty meals + run a drinks cart before any of the others got served. Then they would immediately come and pickup the trash. I was shocked not even 20 mins to eat. Both times I was like give me time.

They wouldn't enforce the window shades down for a long time so sleeping was difficult. Feel like the premium economy seats looks like Qatar economy to me.

Idk maybe I'm overthinking. Anyone else have experience on both?
