Hell yeah. This is gonna be a good year to be a fan.

My brother went into rehab two years ago. Couldn't have his phone for a month. Apparently, he made a playlist on his Zune to listen to while in the unit.

I just charged it for some reason and found it. It's called A NEW DAY.

A huge, sweeping 12 hour playlist of songs that were meant to get him healthy. It did for a while. Sadly, he lost his battle with mental illness about 7 months later.

I can't describe the feelings I'm feeling finding this playlist right now. It's like having him in my living room again, controlling the tunes while we play cribbage.

Physical media matters. I would have never found this on Spotify. Almost two years after his death, I'm given a chance to hang with him again.

In the 90s it was Sochas, and now it's called My Place. For a brief stint it was a NASCAR themed bar. Does anyone remember what that name was?
