I’ve been seeing a lot about this lately, with the general consensus of most people being that they are very against gen AI. I can’t say I agree fully.

Of course, maybe I’m a little biased w this job 😅

But I will say I have an interesting background. I also work as an artist, and work for a small business… so I can see the anti perspective from artists, but also the pro perspective from a small business (for example: a small business can’t afford or have the time to hire a social media manager, so they use AI for social media posts, etc.)

My opinion— I’m not one of these 100% anti-AI folk, but not a full pro also.

One thing I learned from this job is that this is a tool. And to the people that say AI will replace all jobs, artists, etc, … I don’t agree. For Christ sake, if it wasn’t for AI, I wouldn’t have this job! Ai TRAINING😂

I literally saw one of these hard core anti AI people on Facebook yesterday shame someone for asking a question about AI. And in their comment, they screenshotted an AI summery of why AI is bad😅 The idiocy.

Anyway, the point of this post, just a little conversation starter to my fellow AI coworkers… how do you feel about AI?

Hey guys, hoping someone here that’s more familiar with these issues can help point me in the right direction— To start, I’ll say what mainly triggered this post was getting sick twice in the past few weeks.

-The first time got sick after eating a chicken cordon blue (Nausea, bad liquid diarrhea, cramps, burnt rubber smelling poop lol) about half an hour after eating. I felt bettter almost instantly after getting everything out of me.

-The second time tonight (also had chciken and Mac and cheese this time) I had nausea and soft stool cramps very shortly after eating. -Here’s the kicker— that was my left overs. I had the same meal earlier and didn’t have any issue. Also feeling mostly better after getting everything out of me.

-So my question is, does this sound like a food sensitivity to cheese or chicken? Although I eat these foods in different forms all the time. (And lots of dairy in coffee etc) IBS? A heightened gastrocolic reflex? Or— does this sound like something was bad or contaminated that I ate?

-I will also mentioned, I have terrible anxiety, and frequently have stomach pains and soft stools when I am out of the house in an anxious situation. What causes this? Is this also a hightened gastrocolic? Or psychosomatic? Inflammation of the stomach lining?

-Important mention, I also have interstitial cystitis, a chronic disease of the inflammation of the bladder lining— so not sure if IBS is also common w people with IC.

I saw some people on this sub mention Imodium and ib guard, not sure if these are some things that y’all would recommend.

(My boyfriend has Chrones so he feels my pain atleast lol)

Anyway, currently really lost and struggling, (and on the toilet rn lol) so any help or input would really be appreciated ❣️ Thank you!
