2wd v6 single cab worth $3800?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a truck for my Lawncare business and my friend is offering to sell his tundra for $3800 before he lists it on facebook. It has 200k miles. No rust. Is this worth his asking price, anything particular I should look for? How is the retail value on single cab short bed V6? Not the 5.7

5.5x9 karavan trailer at tractor supply vs 6x10 at dealer

Hi everyone, I’m stuck in a pickle right now. My friend is selling me his tractor supply co trailer that folds down for 1500, but I can get a slightly bigger trailer for the same price at a trailer dealer. Which one would you guys recommend? I know big box stores aren’t the best places to buy trailers, but I’ve heard a lot of good things about the tractor supply Co. trailer. Any suggestions?

2016 crv AWD getting 23.5 mpg with conservative driving? Cvt transmission

Info:
Awd, all stock, 50% city hwy, driving behavior has not changed and i use 87 octane, southern usa location

To preface I just changed the cvt fluid and rotated the tires, im not a shop but I had the proper equipment including a lift. 23.5 is a mix of city/hwy. I used to get like 31 city/hwy. It was like a sudden shift from 30 mpg to 23. And it was all within 2 weeks during this summer. Yes I use AC but I don’t think it’s enough for 7 mpg difference. I drive pretty conservatively, not like agressive at all. It has 120,000 miles. What could be the issue?

What am I doing wrong

Any advice is appreciated, I’m a noob pls help

To preface, I’m 19 and I started lawncare early july, and I have around 10-15 yards. The problem is that they’re pretty separated so I spend most of my time driving. Obviously the first thing would be get more houses in the same neighborhood but since I started kind of late it’s kind of just random houses not really patches if that makes sense.

For example today (I live in the center of a city)

Drive 30 mins to yard 1, 0.3 acre, $65, took 1 hr
Drove 25 mins (back towards my house), 0.1 acre, $45, 45 min

Drove 5 mins, 0.15 acre, $50, 45 min
Drove 25 mins, 0.2 acre, 1 hr, $60.

I left my house at 9 am, got back at 5:00 pm, took a 3 hour break in between, only made like $200.

Question:
Should I drop the houses that doesn’t make sense location wise, or try to keep them for next season

Also general advice is appreciated, I was literally outside for 7 hours give or take and only made $200

Handed fake money for iphone. Guy is gone. What do I do?

I basically sold his phone on Facebook marketplace and it was a week ago, the guy handed me cash. It looks exactly like real money, but the bank later said it wasn’t real, it didn’t say “for motion pictures only” or anything like that. It was a good set of fakes. Really really good. I did the transaction at my apartment complex and they have security footage, but realistically is it gonna do anything? The guy is gone, I found his account with my second Facebook account and even if they do catch him, it would be hard to prove that he made the fakes. Any chance that this dude is brought to justice, or I get some of my money back?

Hustler x one 61” well maintained, worth $3k? 1300 hrs used commercially. Idk year maybe 2018

I’m 19 and new in the lawn care Business and I have 10 customers, I’m wanting to upgrade from my 21 inch Honda and I don’t really know anything about zero turns or how they should be priced so I don’t want to get fleeced, a friend I know is wanting to sell his hustler for 3K. Is this a good deal, a great deal, or an OK deal? What major maintenance in the next few years should I be looking at, I know the engine and hydros are the most expensive parts but any other things I should be looking for?

Exmark 30 in makes squealing/knocking noise when engaged blades only, engine is healthy no knocking. What could be the issue?

Before anyone says, I already know the belt is too loose, but when I engage the blades, it makes a squealing/knocking sound and there’s a burning smell, in addition the pulley also gets really hot. Sometimes it turns off completely when the blades are engaged. Anyone had any similar issues in the past before?

Buying my first commercial grade mower. Should I buy from local dealer for $$$ or travel for $$

Basically I’m looking for a 30 in push/walk behind. I have the option to save $400-500 if I drive 2 hours away (4 hours roundtrip). Is this recommended, or should I pay the $400 markup and get one locally? Scag sfc 30

Is the 4 cyl frontier have a transmission slipping issue or is it just super slow

I’m thinking about getting a four-cylinder frontier, and when I was test driving it, the RPMs would go near redline in first gear, max out at red line in second gear. When I put my foot down on the highway going like 55 and I put my foot down the RPMs jumped from 3k to 6k is this normal. This is a 2014 automatic

Is it possible for any 6” person to stealth camp in a hatchback (not V) prius

By stealth camp, I mean leave the driver and passenger seat completely empty and normal, have a curtain behind the driver and passenger seat and only the rear seats and trunk are for the sleeping area

Trouble taking blade off

I’m trying to take the blade off and replace it with a speed feed head, this is an Echo 3020. I’m not sure if it’s reverse threaded or not but I’ve tried going normal lefty Lucy a.k.a. counterclockwise and it didn’t loosen so now I’m going clockwise, which apparently is the direction you’re supposed to go and it’s not budging either, I jammed a pin through the hole that lined up any ideas?

How possible is it to live in a car during college?

Why: to preface, this is not a necessity to live in my car, but my university charges almost $14,000 per school year for student housing and I feel like I would benefit a lot if I saved that money (per year) instead of paying for overrated on campus housing

I’m an upper classmen so I know the ins and outs of my college and don’t have to deal with any freshman orientation period. I go to a southern school usa that is in the city, but I know the area very well and there are multiple spots I can park overnight. Is this doable? Has anyone done it, thoughts? Below is my plan:

Sleeping: I plan to camp in at least an SUV maybe a minivan, I prefer a hybrid minivan due to the heat, but I’m not sure. I do have a minivan right now, but I can’t really sleep without AC and it is known to get somewhat hot in my area. I’ve done some research into some people running a portable AC off a generator, but I wouldn’t want to leave it outside my car because of theft and if I put it inside, I’m not sure how to deal with the exhaust. I bought two diesel heaters that will work in the winter when it gets moderately cold. But again, I would have to modify my set up to accommodate the exhaust.Maybe a prius too, but my mom has one and it’s hard to get the AC cold just off the hybrid battery.

Safety: my area near the university is relatively low theft, I’ve experimented with putting some low value items outside of my car and they were never stolen. I’ve lived in this area for at least two years and haven’t had a single break in.

Shower: pretty straightforward, I found a way to sneak into my friends apartment complex with private showers, it’s also relatively easy to sneak into the dorm showers because I’m still a student.

Food: I’m on my school dining plan

Parking: free street parking and one person has left his vehicle here for two months, not driving it a single time and so far nobody has noticed.

Studying: I’m not taking any very hard classes, but for the amount of studying I would do I would just go to the library

Conclusion: my main hesitancy is climate control, like I said I have a minivan right now, but it’s internal combustion and there is no way to run the AC without the engine running, which will be very suspicious. Given my parking space is on a public street. I do know some hybrid mini vans can control climate without the engine running, but I would need to pay at least $40,000 which I feel like would defeat the purpose of this in the first place
