Hi everyone, I’m a 32-year-old male and recently had a semen analysis. These were my results:

• Concentration: 4 million/mL
• Total sperm count: 10 million
• Motility: 50%
• Morphology: 1%
• DNA fragmentation: 26%

I’m trying to understand whether it’s realistically possible to improve these numbers significantly through supplements, lifestyle changes, or a combination of both.

I’d especially love to hear from men who started with low concentration/count and poor morphology and were able to get their results into the normal range. If supplements made a meaningful difference for you, which specific products or brands did you take? What doses did you use, and for how many months before you saw an improvement?

I’m particularly interested in experiences where a follow-up semen analysis objectively showed improvement, rather than just anecdotal benefits.

I genuinely don't understand the hatred towards DMK. The 2021-26 regime wasn't really that bad at all. TN registered the highest growth rate, Infra development etc during this period. Despite all this, people HATE the DMK.

Why is that?

I wasn't a big fan of the 2006-11 rule, but Stalin did good. I wonder why this hatred exists. What do you think?

The recent introduction of GenZ DMK has been nothing short of annoying. Under the pretext of inspiring the next generation and educating them to vote for DMK, they’re doing things that are an absolute cringe fest.

Introducing people like Julie, mocking individuals, hosting events where ex ministers, mlas sons and daughters say the worst of things on stage like ‘we are proud kths’ instead of spreading the words of Peraringar Anna, Karunanidhi etc feels like they’ll never win again with incompetent people running this.

Hi all, please help me, I'm 32M, unmarried and I have chronic bacterial prostatitis and its symptomatic. I have recurrent UTIs as well. Urine and semen culture both are positive for E coli. If I treat it with antibiotics, the next time I get an infection, the previous antibiotic becomes resistant.

Please help me, I'm feeling lost.
