Hi all, I'm a 32m and I previously had bacterial prostatitis, it has been cleared and I haven't had an infection in a long time. But my lower right back started hurting severely after ejaculation so I took an MRI and it revealed my prostate is mildly enlarged at 42 cc. Last year it was 32 cc, it's clearly increased a lot - how do I bring this down? What can I do to reduce the volume? Over the last one year I've had multiple rounds of antibiotics, various strong prostate specific supplements clearly nothing seems to have worked. Any advice you can share will be helpful!
