Grilled crispy cheesy birria beef filled tortilla with consommé to dip

Shredded beef, shredded lettuce diced tomatoes, shredded Colby jack, little crumbled queso fresco, crema, red onions, salsa macha, and cilantro 😋

It's not a cheesecake, not a pie, and it's not a cobbler. But that's the point 😂
Vanilla bean cookie base, cheesecake mousse, fresh blueberry compote and topped with a few fresh blueberries a brown sugar crumble and some white chocolate curls😮‍💨😮‍💨

Tonight’s little experiment 😆 Steen’s Peanut Crunch Chicken
Crispy chicken thighs with a buttery Steen’s cane syrup peanut glaze, roasted peanuts & green onions, buttery mashed potatoes, garlic snap peas, and garlic red pepper French bread.
And yes… I already know skin on thighs would take this over the top next time 😂 but baby, this sauce was GOOD.

Made this cakes many times. This time I decided to add lemon glaze drizzles, little shaved lemon zest and white chocolate crumbs. Taste just like summer😋😋😋

My favorite way to make my corn soup is by having chopped salt meat, diced ham, and sliced smoked sausage with just a about a cup of noodles. So good and comforting 😋🥰

Birria lasagna /Birria lasagna with Elote and Banana Pudding Tres Leches

I made these a while back and somehow never really showcased them… so let’s fix that. 👀
Chocolate cupcakes filled with crunchy pistachio kataifi, covered in rich chocolate ganache, finished with white chocolate, crushed pistachios, and fresh strawberries.

Think Chick-fil-A Frosted Lemonade in tres leches form. 🍋💛 Vanilla sponge cake soaked in a creamy lemon tres leches mixture and topped with whipped cream, white chocolate, and lemon iced galletas.

This little lady went on vacation before I ever remembered to post her. 😆🍋☀️
She survived a 6-hour trip to Florida in an ice chest. The cookie icing may have melted a little, but she still made it there delicious and ready to celebrate!

Cinnamon sugar cookie cups filled with bourbon peach cobbler filling and topped with whipped cream. Still in the R&D phase, but this rainy night experiment was a hit with the family. ❤️☔

To dip or not to dip?!

With avocado, queso fresco, pico de gallo, light lettuce, Tajin sprinkle and grilled Colby Jack on the corn tortilla 😋

With red onions and bell peppers. Sitting on top of some roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and some Bacon and honey sugar snap peas topped with sesame seeds❤️

With a cheesecake mousse, blueberry compote, white chocolate drizzle, and blueberry crumble 😋add a side scoop of vanilla bean ice cream 🤌🏽

Island pork chops with a pineapple, red onion, and bell pepper glaze over garlic mashed potatoes. Sautéed Sugar snap
Peas with bacon, garlic, honey and sesame seeds.
Dessert was a blueberry cheesecake crumble cookie with cheesecake mousse, blueberry compote, white chocolate drizzle and cookie crumble on top

Cool, creamy, cinnamon kissed tres leches loaded with buttery crunchy topping, drizzled with chocolate and caramel, and finished with whipped cream and a cherry. Every bite has that crispy, creamy, nostalgic flavor that makes fried ice cream so hard to resist.
