She just turned 8 and is rotten. I tried my best to get a smile 😆

No extract here. Fresh orange zest, cream cheese, with pockets of chocolate almond crunch on a vanilla bean crust. My fave one yet!

My take on an elote dog! Nathan's all beef wrapped in bacon, topped with my elote light cilantro and onion mix. Then a chipotle aioli for that little razzle dazzle🤤🤤

My 11 year has been watching me create sweets and she decided to sketch out her idea. Then I had chat draw up a concept so she could see what her idea can look like if we brought it to life.

I must say she did a great job. Hoping for many more creations from my future "creative director" 🙏🥰❤️

Sweet and Savory Waffle
Waffle has sharp cheddar and crumbled bacon.
Loaded with yummy seasoned scrambled eggs and provolone with a maple chipotle syrup😮‍💨

Grilled crispy cheesy birria beef filled tortilla with consommé to dip

Shredded beef, shredded lettuce diced tomatoes, shredded Colby jack, little crumbled queso fresco, crema, red onions, salsa macha, and cilantro 😋

It's not a cheesecake, not a pie, and it's not a cobbler. But that's the point 😂
Vanilla bean cookie base, cheesecake mousse, fresh blueberry compote and topped with a few fresh blueberries a brown sugar crumble and some white chocolate curls😮‍💨😮‍💨

Tonight’s little experiment 😆 Steen’s Peanut Crunch Chicken
Crispy chicken thighs with a buttery Steen’s cane syrup peanut glaze, roasted peanuts & green onions, buttery mashed potatoes, garlic snap peas, and garlic red pepper French bread.
And yes… I already know skin on thighs would take this over the top next time 😂 but baby, this sauce was GOOD.

Made this cakes many times. This time I decided to add lemon glaze drizzles, little shaved lemon zest and white chocolate crumbs. Taste just like summer😋😋😋

My favorite way to make my corn soup is by having chopped salt meat, diced ham, and sliced smoked sausage with just a about a cup of noodles. So good and comforting 😋🥰

Birria lasagna /Birria lasagna with Elote and Banana Pudding Tres Leches

I made these a while back and somehow never really showcased them… so let’s fix that. 👀
Chocolate cupcakes filled with crunchy pistachio kataifi, covered in rich chocolate ganache, finished with white chocolate, crushed pistachios, and fresh strawberries.

Think Chick-fil-A Frosted Lemonade in tres leches form. 🍋💛 Vanilla sponge cake soaked in a creamy lemon tres leches mixture and topped with whipped cream, white chocolate, and lemon iced galletas.

This little lady went on vacation before I ever remembered to post her. 😆🍋☀️
She survived a 6-hour trip to Florida in an ice chest. The cookie icing may have melted a little, but she still made it there delicious and ready to celebrate!
