I tried taking it out for the first time yesterday and it started bleeding. Also, For some reason the dry skin won’t go away no matter what I do. Should I be concerned or this normal?

I’m talking about the noir flanker specifically. Reviews say that it smells similar to your average designer level blue fragrances, with users commonly mentioning Dylan Blue and Bleu De Chanel in the same sentence.
But what makes Elysium Noir different to them? Is it unique enough to be worth purchasing if I already own designer level blues? Does it smell, well, niche?
Secondly, how’s the performance for you if you’ve tried or owned it?
Do they look silly? For context I’m wearing them with a casual suit (no tie) for a formal event. They’re very hard to walk in I must admit.
I know it’s an outdated look but I guess that’s what I’m attracted to currently.
I had 1 appointment with them in January which was apparently just a ‘consultation’, now my second appointment is coming up almost 6 months later.
Not only can I barely remember what my issues were with the best clarity, but it looks like this will be another ‘consultation event’ becuase I’m having to answer the same questionnaires as last time. The cherry on top is that this appointment is at 9am, when I am far from deeply introspective and vulnerable, but got told that any appointments later in the day would have me wait another 2 months.
I’m on the verge of pulling out of their services and just self-helping, since I assume most of their advice will be cookie cutter CBT stuff one can access through public library resources anyway.
Are their services truly worth all this drama?
What other products can I use because Nizoral is butchering my hair texture with extreme dryness and I can’t live in denial of that anymore.
Been using Nizoral twice a week along with conditioner and my seb derm has managed to minimise nicely.
However, my hair has become really dry and damaged, leaving me to look like I’ve just rolled out of bed all the time cause I can’t style it.
I would advise anyone else who already has damaged or dry hair to approach this product with extreme caution as it will most likely compound your hairs pre-existing issues, even if it does work for your seb derm; it’s a double edged sword where you may have to sacrifice your hair health for scalp and skin health.

Been using nizoral twice a week followed with a conditioner afterwards due to sebhorreic dermatitis. As you can see it’s somewhat butchered my hair.
I feel as though my choices now are between having a damaged scalp or damaged hair. Has anyone overcome this? I’m also on a budget so can’t really afford an intricate routine.
What designer fragrance contains Ambroxan and performs really well but isn't Dior Sauvage? So far I've tried Dylan Blue but the performance wasn't as well as I hoped.
Do I part my hair and apply it meticulously to my scalp, or, do I just apply it like regular shampoo?
Because it seems more or less axiomatic that this product dries out the hair so it feels wrong to just apply it like regular shampoo but at the same time the former approach takes some time and doesn’t allow me to get every spot on the scalp.
7 month old titanium flat back stud in lobe does not get tender anymore or bleed nor get sore, however, I still find crusted under it, I want to change it to a hoop when can I do that?

Kinda anxious about the general idea of getting dental work in a foreign country, let alone being put under.
I am highly expected to go to this event where there will be significant quantities of people from my work life showing up, and they will all be accompanied by family/spouse/partners/friends.
I was going to avoid going all together to avoid the humiliation of walking around on my own, but then I remembered seeing, on TV at-least, that people hired plus ones in such situations. Can I do this for real somehow?

After leaning down considerably, I am still having trouble losing lower back love handle fat even after dropping 55lbs. I got told by others to just ‘gain more muscle’ to improve my composition, but I was unsure how one can gain muscle under the love handles since I wasn’t aware there was even a muscle group under them, but after being downvoted for voicing this curiosity, I am now entraining the reality where it is possible to do so.
So could someone please tell me how I can grow muscle in these areas so that I can improve my body composition in my lower back?
P.S. I already train abs and lats heavily but that has only built mass in my front midsection and upper lateral back. Thanks

I don’t experience this while eating, but specifically when chewing gum on the left side of my mouth, I will experience a sharp pain across the upper and lower molars. I can’t tell which one of those sides it is localised to as it kind of radiates around that general region.
For context, I had a cavity on that side but it was filled last year with silver. No wisdom tooth as I had it removed as a kid. I doubt it is a cavity causing it as I have a cavity that isn’t filled on the right side of my mouth which never experiences such pain.
The gum is free of added sugar, as is the rest of my diet.
I am dumbfounded.
