Met a girl at university and were just friends for the most part, yet. A cinema nearby is showing Taxi Driver again, along with other scorcese movies, and I bought my own ticket a while ago.

I want to hang out with her outside of class so I thought this might be the perfect opportunity if I tell her I have a 'spare' ticket.

Is this okay or would it freak her out? She's not a cinephile.

Before I pull the trigger and splash 70 euros on some Cialis I wanted to confirm this question. Everybody boasts about the pumps it gives, but I can’t find a thread that actually says it causes faster muscle growth or overall permanent long term improvements in their physique other than visually.

This is somewhat of a phobia of mine and I’ve read a few accounts where people have said they had issues with regrowth.

I have pretty severe social anxiety and go to therapy for it, but one of my issues I feel is uncommon.

If there is a window, I cannot shake the feeling that I’m being watched. Car windows makes walking through parking lots a nightmare. My neighbours’ windows make relaxing in my home impossible.

Everyday I can’t wait until sunset so I can finally shut all the blinds and drapes. I hate being in public when surrounded by buildings with windows. I feel like I’m being evaluated, judged, and exposed until I get out their line of sight.

I have signed up for talking therapies and the method they’re using is CBT.

If you’ve done this, what were your results like?

I’m confused as to whether it’s actually therapy or counselling.

Bonus question: What’s their metric for successful treatment, and if I fail to meet it, what’s the next step usually?

I had my first ever 1-1 session where I hit pads.

My ribs feel a little sore/strained which I think is cause of the intercostal muscle.

My Q: Is this normal for beginners, if not, how could I prevent it? Does it get better over time? How can I strengthen my intercostal muscles?

With another heatwave approaching, I’m wondering if it will affect rides being open or shut. Don’t know allot about coasters or Alton so don’t mind if this is a dumb question please!

I’d like to go on a hot day but don’t want to find out that some rides are shut.

I’m talking about the noir flanker specifically. Reviews say that it smells similar to your average designer level blue fragrances, with users commonly mentioning Dylan Blue and Bleu De Chanel in the same sentence.

But what makes Elysium Noir different to them? Is it unique enough to be worth purchasing if I already own designer level blues? Does it smell, well, niche?

Secondly, how’s the performance for you if you’ve tried or owned it?

I had 1 appointment with them in January which was apparently just a ‘consultation’, now my second appointment is coming up almost 6 months later.

Not only can I barely remember what my issues were with the best clarity, but it looks like this will be another ‘consultation event’ becuase I’m having to answer the same questionnaires as last time. The cherry on top is that this appointment is at 9am, when I am far from deeply introspective and vulnerable, but got told that any appointments later in the day would have me wait another 2 months.

I’m on the verge of pulling out of their services and just self-helping, since I assume most of their advice will be cookie cutter CBT stuff one can access through public library resources anyway.

Are their services truly worth all this drama?

What other products can I use because Nizoral is butchering my hair texture with extreme dryness and I can’t live in denial of that anymore.

Been using Nizoral twice a week along with conditioner and my seb derm has managed to minimise nicely.

However, my hair has become really dry and damaged, leaving me to look like I’ve just rolled out of bed all the time cause I can’t style it.

I would advise anyone else who already has damaged or dry hair to approach this product with extreme caution as it will most likely compound your hairs pre-existing issues, even if it does work for your seb derm; it’s a double edged sword where you may have to sacrifice your hair health for scalp and skin health.
