The other day, I drove to a pick-up location, and as I sat there I saw a woman walking towards me from about 40 feet away. She was on the phone and walking with a purpose, but opened my back door and got in. She said, "What, you couldn't see me over there? So, I replied, "Sorry, ma'am, if you look at the app here (as I pointed at the screen), it says 4000 10th Ave, Lake Worth, FL" (And I then pointed at the building I was parked in front of with the exact address). She then basically berated be behind my back to whoever she was on the phone with. When I dropped her off at Publix on Congress, I again apologized for the pick-up confusion, gave her the benefit of the doubt and 5-stars. The next day I got a 1-star review for being "Not polite." You better believe I went in the app and changed the feedback on the rider to 1-star and asked support to block her. Took my rating from a 4.97 to a 4.96 (I'm a bit of a perfectionist), and it'll probably never go back up. Anyway, her punishment is being the person she is in life. End rant.
