Dark clouds roll in, thunder speaks, and the rain draws us closer.

This monsoon has come to India, and the rain draws, as dark clouds gather everywhere. It’s a beautiful time of year, especially over the paddy fields that turn bright and green. This season becomes a special time for songs, dances ,

Never stop believing in yourself even if nobody else believes in you.

Our belief in ourselves is the spark that lights every dark room.

Never stop believing in yourself, even when others doubt you. Self-belief gives us the courage to try again after failure, the patience to learn without applause, and the resilience to keep walking when the path narrows. over time, results do the convincing not necessarily but generally, and there is other way, to this,

The Power of Moving On

Our greatest revenge is to become, so successful that our past no longer matters. The best revenge is not anger, confrontation, or retaliation, it is to rise above the pain, let go of the past, and continue moving forward with dignity. Never allow anyone the satisfaction of watching us suffer; lets transform our struggles into strength and let our success speak for itself.

Does Sadhguru Know About His Disciples' Situation?

Sadhguru does not claim to know the personal situations of each disciple in detail; instead, he emphasizes that a Guru’s role is to create the right inner conditions for growth. His teachings focus on helping disciples transform their inner state rather than directly intervening in their external circumstances.

My experience; In 2011, while posted at a military station in India, I registered for the Kailash Yatra with Isha/Sadguru ,and began preparing eagerly. All my travel documents were in order and I had applied for leave. Because the route crossed into Chinese territory, my trip was classified as a visit to China and required special permission. At the last moment my headquarters denied the leave and my application was rejected.

I watched the group gather at Delhi airport and fly out while I remained behind. That night I felt deeply disappointed and a little downcast. I dreamt I met Sadhguru, who gently counselled me. Perhaps his appearance was a reflection of how strongly I had been thinking about the pilgrimage, or perhaps something more, either way, that brief, unexpected encounter in my dream changed how I experienced Sadhguru and stayed with me thereafter.

India’s 80th Independence Day! 🇮🇳

India’s Independence Day marks more than the end of political rule; it began the work of building a shared idea of nationhood in people’s hearts. Without that, identities would remain confined to caste, community, or religion. Our pride as Indians does not rest merely on a line drawn on a map. It springs from our culture, spiritual depth, and universal values.

India can be seen as a spiritual capital for the world. Imagine a future, perhaps in a few hundred years, when humanity celebrates a day free from all boundaries and divisions. That would be the truest Independence Day.

After we have secured our borders and self sufficient defence strength,

Real freedom will be more than changing political borders; and the second phase of freedom will require breaking the walls we build inside ourselves. Unless a person frees themselves from anger, prejudice, hatred, jealousy, and other inner limitations, true independence remains out of reach. Our cultural heritage holds time-tested tools, inner technologies, for ending these bondages. Now is the moment to use them and share them with the world.

The nation is politically free, but many individuals are still unliberated. It is time for each person to become truly free.

Freedom is often misunderstood as “doing whatever I want.” Left unchecked, that impulse leads to traps and conflict. True freedom is the capacity to joyfully do what needs to be done. When everyone acts only on whim, society cannot hold together. Freedom grows out of responsible action; when responsibility guides us, the flower of freedom will bloom.

“Yato Dharma, Tato Hanuman”

“यतो धर्मस्ततो हनुमानः ।

यतो हनुमानस्ततो जयः ॥

Where there is Dharma, there is Hanuman; and where Hanuman is present, there is victory.

For me, this image represents more than victory, it reminds us that strength guided by righteousness, devotion, humility and courage can overcome even the greatest challenges.

Maa Gambhiris: "a turning point in her life that rooted her firmly on the path."

3 Hours Sukh Kriya & 3 Hours Aum Chanting* 🪷

Maa Gambhiri: After the Wholeness, my energies opened up in such a way that I was facing peaks of joy and peaks of hell within me on a daily basis. For a 20- year-old girl, it was too much to bear sometimes. A day came when I felt I had hit the pit within, and I called up Sadhguru for help. "I have given you all the tools that can bring you out of this," was all he said and put the phone down. I thought about it and made my own sadhana schedule

For the next 48 days, after my morning practices and meal, from morning 10:30 to evening 5:30, I sat on a stone under a neem tree that we called Shivalaya, and did 3 hours of AUM chanting and 3 hours of Sukha Kriya followed by Samyama meditation. I would set my foot down on the earth only in the evening to go for Presence and evening practices. This sadhana followed by Samyama brought me an inner balance that till today carries me through situations in so many ways. This was a turning point in life that grounded me to the path. I was initiated into brahmacharya in 1996

Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Aum Initiation Session

At the Isha Yoga Centre

Visitors can attend a complimentary daily session to be initiated into Aumkar meditation. The session teaches the correct pronunciation of the root sounds "Aa," "Oo," and "Mm" to help bring balance and stability to mind and body.

Prasadam

For free visitor initiations like Aumkar, there is no standard take-home prasadam package. Visitors may, however, receive traditional ashram offerings such as vibhuti or sweet neem leaves.

I haven't done Hatha Yoga training at the ashram, but the ashram video is very touching , the prasadam looked so delicious. Could some of our Hatha Yoga participants please share their experiences or elaborate on this?

“Performing Duty Without Attachment: Arjuna’s Lesson in Kurukshetra”

When Arjuna stood on the battlefield of Kurukshetra, his heart was torn. He saw his teachers, elders, and relatives on both sides, and his bow slipped from his hands. He thought: “What is the use of victory if it comes at the cost of destroying my own kin?”At that moment, Krishna reminded him of this timeless truth: “Your duty is to fight, not to cling to the fruits. The results are not yours to control.”This teaching freed Arjuna from despair. He realized that his role was to act according to dharma, without attachment to victory or defeat. Arjuna learned that inaction born of fear is as binding as attachment born of desire. True freedom lies in performing one’s duty with surrender.

कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।

मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि॥

You have the right to perform your duty, but not to the fruits of your actions. Do not consider yourself the cause of the results, and do not become attached to inaction.

Sadhguru Joins UNTOLD Festival: 7‑Minute Meditation to All Attendees

Sting is set to perform at one of Europe’s largest music festivals in Cluj‑Napoca, Romania, but another headline presence will offer a very different experience. Sadhguru, spiritual leader and founder of the Isha Foundation, is attending the UNTOLD Festival for one day before returning to India, using the platform to promote a simple practice he says could change young people’s lives: seven minutes of daily meditation.

The festival, held from 6–9 August, features headliners such as Sting, Kygo, Lewis Capaldi, Martin Garrix, Marshmello, Steve Aoki, Flo Rida, Lost Frequencies, Swae Lee and Zara Larsson. Organisers have agreed to give every attendee, artist and staff member free access to Isha’s Miracle of Mind app, which guides users through a seven‑minute meditation. The initiative is part of Sadhguru’s wider campaign to reach three billion people under the age of 35.

“Music festivals draw youth in a big way,” he says. “When so many people assemble, the question is whether we’re driving them in a positive direction for their own well‑being.” Sadhguru argues that many young people seek experiences beyond everyday life and sometimes turn to alcohol or drugs, while meditation offers an alternative path. “The most complex chemical factory on the planet is the human system,” he adds. “If you know how to use it properly, being joyful or blissful is a natural consequence.”

He cites research from the University of Nottingham and Harvard Medical School on meditation’s effects on the brain, noting that measurable changes can begin within minutes a finding that underpins the seven‑minute format.

Is this White Rain Lily ? Does it grow wild in India?

At my small port I have two plants growing side by side, and both look beautiful. I haven’t removed either one. They’ve been blooming since the rain began , it’s been raining for the last three to four days here in North india, and we’re in the rainy month of Sawan. This month brings heavy rains and a profusion of flowers. Do you think these are wild flowers, or garden escapees that have naturalized?

Found This Beautiful Wild flower Growing Quietly ,Nature Doesn't Need an Audience

Not knowing name, of this flower,

I came across this vibrant flower growing in an open area and was struck by how effortlessly beautiful it look, I also seen this in gardens.

Bloom where you are planted. Your value isn't measured by how many people notice you, but by the life you quietly bring to the world.

Sadhguru’s recent words about his “last phase” -is this a sign he’s leaving soon?

This last phase of my life is dedicated and fully available to all of you who long to flower into this possibility and offer the same to all.

-Sadhguru

I recently came across a message where Sadhguru said something like: “This last phase of my life is dedicated and fully available to all of you who long to flower into this possibility and offer the same to all.”

This line scared me a bit. Sadhguru is not someone who speaks lightly or just to get attention, so I’m wondering:

Is he hinting that his time in the body is now limited?

Why would he specifically mention the “last phase” of his life now?

I know he had a serious health issue last year, and has spoken about mortality and using every moment fully. But I’m still unsure whether this is a general spiritual reminder or something more specific.

If he truly has only a few years left, it feels like we shouldn’t waste time. We often miss people only after they’re gone , so why not use his presence, guidance, and energy fully now, while he’s still here?

I’d like to hear from other Isha practitioners:

How are you interpreting such statements?

Has this changed how you approach your sadhana, time with him, or involvement with Isha?

Do you feel we should be doing something differently or more intensely at this stage?
