The other hormonal trigger i can think of is temperature which i raised since then but i saw her sit in her bowl, i think my main concern is wether a flat looking plate is safe or not

So my budgie parrot seemed to be bearthing heavily and im worried he has some Respiratory issues.
However i may have limited budget so i figured i can call multiple vets and ask about the cost if their services (idk if there is an easier way) but what kind of tests should i ask about?

So I painted my oc, hes cool and all but i later on decided the background later will be in night time with just lantern lights and possibly moon light
Should i change that know? Or should i keep going and finish rendering and all
Im honestly not even sure how to do that, do you guys have any advice?
