Switched up my allocations, just need some reassurance.

30 years old, no plan to retire for the next 25 years. 5 years in the thrift. I was 100% C and have had really incredible success, however something inside of me told me to diversify.

I went with 70% C, 20% S, 10% I recently. I also have a separate Roth I've been contributing to since before I joined thrift and continue to do so, 100% in VOO.

Just wanted some reassurance this is a good allocation. I don't expect anyone to say it's awful or genius. It's just a change and want to bounce it off people who know how this stuff works

I found a bedbug in my back pack. I pulled something out and it was crawling on it. I called out of work and have been tearing my house apart. There are these black spots on the mattress cover, however after inspecting the bed 10 times, this is the only thing I could find. The actual mattress has nothing on it, and the pillow top also had nothing.

I was about to go to work this morning and found a bedbug crawling on a prescription bag I had picked up from the pharmacy yesterday. I brought it outside and blew it into the wind. I have checked my bed and found some debris but I am unsure what it is. I will include a picture in the comments. I also have had small red bumps on my foot but only my foot occasionally. I will also include that in the comments. If anyone could please let me know if the debris is bed bug related, I haven't found another one and I am going to check the entire house. Please let me know. Thank you
