I quit cigarettes last Saturday and wanted to congratulate myself
Fully satisfied with this build
(I’m probably gonna paint one of these cats black for my cat Anakin aka MuttMutt and another one to match my grey tuxedo boy Kenobi aka Tomato)

Started on Cinco de Mayo this year
It’s part of my life now, and forever.
My first white marker…. first copper one too
You keep seeing them, so you run some water over them to loosen any dried food, and then you forget about them for X amount of time, until you repeat the process and shit on yourself for not being better at life.
I don’t need any clean dishes or anything, I’ve still got a few to use in the cupboard.
No ticker tape, no fanfare, just the process
I feel a little better about the day I guess… maybe?
They are in the machine drying right now, so maybe I will put them up after another month passes
You know how it goes…

Just sat down and threw this after a couple tries(see 2.3.4.), I don’t feel terrible about it, maybe the K could be wider and the last N could be straighter?
Idk if I should develop this concept into my kit or not
I’ve been having such a bitch of a week working out the K metrics so it has a flow with the rest of the letters, and I just added that top serif to the As for the first time here to fit the back foot of this new K a little bit. I think that hits now that I see it, it parries off the Ns nicely too.
I’ll start studying drop shadows/3d soon enough lol
Maybe the K is a little underweight, but I’m pretty proud of it after about two months of studying
I got this massive 20mm OnTheRun marker, it’s hilarious.

Been wanting a purple pen for a while, this lavender looked good enough👍
Steady books for over 40 days straight, 6 1/2 legal pads of studies.
I need some more line control, and maybe some thinner markers. All I have are brush tips.
