We’ve hired domestic help from Nepal, which isn’t unusual here many households employ Nepali workers, and it’s generally accepted. We also have a history of nepali workers with superstar Ganesh being one of them.But recently, there’s been unnecessary speculation about their legality. One of our neighbors, who is also part of the association, has been creating issues around this.

Ironically, most residents here aren’t originally from this place either, yet no one questions their presence or intentions. So far, we’ve had three helpers, and all of them left because of repeated harassment mainly from another apartment worker who seems to be close to this particular neighbor.

What’s even more frustrating is that this neighbor doesn’t seem to hire themselves and the elderly lady in their home manages all the chores on her own which is fine, no judgment there. But they could hire one to and help them financially but no judgement their choice. However continue to interfere with our arrangements and drive our help away.

We’re both working professionals and genuinely need assistance at home. How should we handle this situation?

I somehow don't see the check box or toggle for bags on the app or site if blinkit. Can anyone guide.? Also is it possible for a discrete packaging for even pads I don't want the guy swinging it around the apartment.
