We haven't been able to catch my neighbor who has been harassing me, 3 other single moms, and having sketchy interactions with the children due to her own life circumstances she takes out on us. She has been following, stalking, reporting totally false crimes, etc. Banging on the wall she share, threatening me. My 2 year old is frightened of her.

This has turned into the police wanting to charge me for false reports because 1)every time we did something to catch her, she would just do something different. You know. The usual. 2) I was already dealing with PTSD and then I got injured and then her following and stalking my 2 year old and created more PTSD. Sometimes I just simply couldn't talk to the police "well enough" and they have come out here "a lot". Apparently they think we would put our little humans through nightmares and panic attacks from police on purpose.

Anyways... SHE GOT 3 SUMMONSES!!!!! FINALLY.

When the time came to push mental health awareness on police officers, were there any trauma informed things you learned? Especially since many people have PTSD already and talking to police can be hard to do, even in non-emergency situations.

I just do not know if specific training for civilian matters vs criminal matter would help in regards to this.

Townhouse. I am very concerned that my neighbor from hell is zooming in to film me. Parking spots about about 35 to 40 feet away and across from my windows.

I called to address it to the police. I explained that I understood that there was nothing they could do to help prove it without warrants and stuff, but regardless I asked them to find out if the zooming in would be illegal if proved so they could at least warn her. Maybe it would stop her. But she is psycho so probably not.

I am having a psychic attack/channeling issue with someone as close as sharing walls and it has now gotten to the point where I'm going to get myself in trouble if I am not careful. I have been doing so well for almost a year now I can't let them take me out.

And in a way that still has them favoring the person who is literally filing proveable false police claims. When a neighbor goes to court, there is not one true piece of evidence in that whole incident.

Tonight I was asking an officer about how come the law states that harrassment can be defined by ACTS OF INTIMIDATION, then how come she hasn't been found in violation yet?

Why would someone put a PFH on someone, and continue to go out of their way to put themselves within feet from the person they have claimed is SO violent and who she called Cujo in the courtroom.

What in the hell, is going on with the logic of this situation? This woman spread her legs and accused me of sexual violations in front of other people in front of our whole complex, where children live and were present. The cops even got a video of it and never even considered disorderly conduct or some low level violation for a summons? How does that even make sense.

But yet it took a couple lies and an officer taking just any old information she conjured up, wrote down and threw a date on for another neighbor to be summons for harrassment.

Things escalate so much, and it gets to a point where if the police ever did arrest some of these neighbors from hell. Then, they would have to get lawyers. And then they would have to start asking questions because they have to gain evidence, and then the police would be exposed for not doing their job properly. And the whole thing would just unravel.

Say to someone, "if you get in my face, I will mace you".

Not saying, "I will mace you".

I know you guys are sick of me, but the honest truth is that one we have been pussyfooting around all of this too long, and also that people think i'm just dealing with an annoying neighbor when i'm dealing with a psychotic neighbor that follows me.And my and keeps trying to push it so I hit her.

I got served with civil papers for the fourth time.Regarding all of the same issues, it has gotten to the point where the civil judges are saying that her paranoia inter obsession with the children are a concern and she knows she's going to get evicted. Now she's just doing everything that she can.

I'm preparing a ridiculous argument as backup that I shouldn't even have to prepare for, but in the end we're getting all the stuff we can from the PD via our local FOIA laws and we're done.

Who wants to just let this keep happening to them? Tired of doing what I am told by the courthouse to prepare evidence, and then the judge who doesn't want it.No matter what we do, so we're going all out.And we're preparing, and at least we can say, we stuck up for ourselves.And we tried, if it doesn't pull through worst case scenario.

I am clueless. I know I like memory foam, but my cat recently urinated all over mimy current one and I would like to know if anyone had suggestions for a certain kind that is easy to clean?

(Correction: I thought it was a glitch until some other experiences clicked).

Something that can be called a glitch just happened to me. I get deep in thought a lot, and I only have this happen once in a while. Though I believe it happens more than I realize. I believe I may have a spirit this time, not have a glitch.

I got up to open my window more. Say 4 inches something significant enough, that I had a specific preference about this window being open.

I was settling in on the couch. I watched my cat sniff the air and walk the window sill. I looked away, I was off deep in thought. I heard my cat fall off the window sill and saw it out of the corner of my eye. I looked over at him as he came back up onto the couch. A moment later I feel like I want to to get up open the window again, but then I remember that I already did that. So I looked over (because I REALLY don't want to get up again) and sure enough it was back to the position it was in before. In my third eye I saw it glow green with a little bit of deception and selfishness in the aura of it OUTSIDE the green it was glowing.

I also have a Bigfoot (keeper of time) and Psalm 23 prayer up on my wall together.

And then I just looked out my window and saw black cloud with yellow eyes in it. Yellow eyes used to be close. They have been appearing further and further away. Fear?
