What’s it like parenting?

I’ve lived with an anaphylactic peanut & tree nut allergy since I was like 7, and so I’m obviously very accustomed to my life and avoiding and taking precautions and what not.

I do want to be a Dad one day though, so I’m curious how that works out for some parents! Like, depending on their ages, how have you gone about explaining and maintaining your own safety, while also not prohibiting too much from your kiddo?

Thanks in advance!

After top surgery, you lose aerodynamics but gain hydrodynamics

First time I went swimming after healing I felt like a dolphin LMAO

The government never sent back my original birth certificate (despite me checking off to do so) and it kinda makes me sad

Hey all, I got my name & gender marker legally changed back in Dec 2024 (or that’s when I received the certificates & stuff in the mail), but I realized that even though I checked off I wanted my original birth certificate back, they did not return it.

I didn’t think it would impact me this much, or at all, and my mom was honestly pretty sad too which I feel like is more understandable from her end.

It just sucks, cause I know it’s gone for good. Just wanted to give a heads up to people too

Does anyone else experience this? It’s so so weird… Like, I don’t know how else to describe it. During the actual pulses, I can still talk if I try, but it’s like it’s… mentally really hard to almost? Idk. It’s a bit surreal 😅
