I am applying for UK visa tourist, it says "Save and Upload" can I upload more documents after this? I want to partial upload is what I mean.

I am a designer and my work involves creating screens for a service, I create approximately 20 to 30 screens for one service and then, a BA and PM review it and I send it to the department design team for design review. Now I am old in system but they have like 30 to 40 design guidelines and then they come back with feedback. I am a person who does my job with care and I am hard on myself that I expect the designs to get approved in one go, thankfully I never get " bad UX applied" feedback but it's always like - add page title, correct the spacing, remove back button on sub pages etc. And I feel so bad on such comments. Sad part is I work on 3/4 service every month and this cycle repeats so I feel bad. And my non designer manager says reports should be approved in one go, and no matter how hard I try something is there, sometimes their guidelines get updated without any information but yeah. How do I not be hard on myself?

I am a designer and recently shared a landing page that was approved with stakeholders. The direction was intentionally conventional because they wanted it aligned with their existing homepage. I gave multiple options, even used AI but my super senior manager who was just marked in the email trail (who wasn’t part of the discussions) reviewed it later and emailed saying I should be more creative and not stick to conventional approaches.

I have politely explained to her the context, but I tend to overthink things and take feedback personally. She only recently extended my contract so I am sure I did something okay. But, is this kind of feedback normal and harmless? How do you handle this without overthinking it?

I am a very sensitive person, and right now seeing the email I feel I failed, my day is already bad, I feel I am always misunderstood etc etc. Please suggest 🙏🏻
