Maybe a long shot but does anyone have a clue why my tickets for the Square music concert are appearing on ticketmaster but not the arena app. I'm logged in on the same email account on both so they should be showing up. I've tried app updates , password resets and everything else you can think of. Bashing my head against the wall here and the robot help support is no help. Anyone with experience that could help?
