Blu's tech dependency in Rio 2 wasn't a character regression but a logical continuation of his character growth and adaptation from the first film

Throughout the first film Blu is constantly shown to be dependent on human tech but even at the end when he learns to fly, he still didn't learn to be independent of tech. While learning to fly was a milestone for him it didn't help him learn other important things that birds need to know like foraging or building nests. They still live near a city so it was still easy for him to keep up his domesticated habits and the fact he could fly made it easier to get his talons on human devices. Rio 2 doesn't regress him or alter his character, it just accurately shows how there is more to being a free bird than flying and Blu still has a lot to learn. It even accurately shows how hard adapting to the wild can be for a domesticated animal. When Rio 2 came out I read the Poisonwood Bible for school and the family releases their pet parrot into the jungle who immediately dies from being caged his whole life. It also shows while Jewel is more trusting of humans, she's still a wild bird at heart and knows it's best for her kids and her mate to stop pretending to be humans and learn to truly adapt to the wild.

What if Callum is learning the arcanums in the same order Aang learned the elements?

Callum has already learned Sky and Ocean which are aeromancy and hydromancy respectively. Similar to Aang first learning airbending then waterbending. Maybe, Callum will next learn Moon in a nod to the Ocean and Moon spirits. He will then learn Earth next, but probably have a better time than Aang. According to Callum's Spellbook he is scared of Sun's destructive properties similar to Aang with firebending, but will probably learn it by learning it's life-giving properties. Finally, Star similar to enegrybending. Thoughts?

If Rick met Rand Ridley from Inside Job, would they be friends or would they try to kill each other?

If they met, would they bond over the fact they're both narcissistic alcoholic mad scientists who just want to reunite with their wives and improve their relationships with their daughters or would they try and kill each other because they are at extreme opposite ends of the political compass?

Cutting this out saved the movie 3 seconds, but cost it so much character depth it would've improved the movie significantly

They only took this out to save the movie time. Yet it was only 3 seconds and finished, but it gave an explanation to Roberto's panic attack and so much character depth that further justified their hatred for humans. It also showed how Blu and Roberto were actually more a like
