Who would win this Type Moon Main Character Free-For-All battle?

Some basic rules. Fight takes place in the middle of a large city with both tall and small buildings. Assume it's abandoned, so no civilians to worry about. Think of Fate/Strange Fake's Snowfield as a template.

All characters have their abilities at their best, but no outside help (ie. no Chaldea for Ritsuka, or Maya for Kiritsugu or Aoko for Soujuurou.)

Shirou and Tohno Shiki are composite versions of every version of themselves. Ryougi Shiki has both a sword and a knife to use however she wants. Kiritsugu has all of his known weapons (ie. his WA 2000, Calico M950, Thompson Contender, knife and grenades). Sieg has his Siegfried and Fafnir transformations.

Everyone knows about each other but not where the others are in the city. They all start the battle at large distances (between 500 and 1000 meters) Everyone must be defeated or incapacitated for the battle to end. Last one standing is victorious.

Is there any truth to whole Conspiracy of Gacha games do it on purpose to screw gender ratio to drive away male character fans or is it just pure delulu?

Every obnoxious gender equal ratio discussions I come across uses this argument. Do people genuinely believe in this theory? are big multi billion companies are stupid enough to do this and not focus on overall profit? Still I like to confirm if there is any basis of truth to it or not? what do you guys think?
