Tamiya 1/35 Scale Kampfpanzer Leopard

This was my first attempt at a 1/35 scale tank, and I’m quite pleased with the result. It definitely isn’t perfect, upon further inspection you can see some parts that don’t have an even coat of paint, and I should‘ve painted the backside of the wheels as well. But there were also some parts that I think I did good on, such as the small details, the commander, the decals, and the mud on the tracks and wheels. I made a post asking how to make my weathering look better with only paint, and somebody suggested I mix coffee grounds/actual dirt with the brown paint, which turned out pretty good. Somebody also told me that I should try at least 2 new things on every model I build, at least for now, so new things that I tried on the Leopard were more advanced weathering, a fabric gun canvas, and a painted figure (which was really fun, by the way). Ive only got 1 kit left to build before I run out, and that is Academy’s 1/35 M18 Hellcat, which has an interior and a lot more parts than the Leopard and F-100 I build a little while ago, so it’ll be a challenge but I’m ready for it.

Has anyone built Pit-Road’s 1/700 USS Allen M. Sumner?

I’ve already checked Scalemates and YouTube, but I couldn’t find any other reviews for it. Seems like a decent kit but I’m not sure if it’s a good kit. Thanks!

1/475 Scale USS Allen M. Sumner

Entering service in 1944, the USS Allen M. Sumner was the lead ship of her class of 58 destroyers. She served until 1973 and was sold for scrap in October 1974. I chose to build the Sumner in her 1945 configuration, which swapped the aft torpedo tubes for additional 40mm Bofors and 20mm Oerlikon AA guns.

Is there anything I can do to make my weathering better with only paint?

I used only brown paint to mimic dirt and mud, which looks okay but I think I could do better. I don’t own any dry pigments or anything else and I don’t currently have the money to buy some.

Page 2 of my comic

Still don’t have a name. I thought of Among Us: Hand Drawn but I think it sounds a bit stupid.

Which one of these is the better aircraft?

I’ll be able to grind both of them very soon, but I’m not sure which is better. I’ve heard that they both suck but I’m not sure which on is the better option. I’ve heard the F-4E is great but I also want to grind for the F-15E.

How long does a spray can of primer last for you?

I’ve got through almost 2 180 ml cans of Tamiya Fine Surface Primer in 3 models. Im not drowning the surface in primer, usually just enough to cover the surface. However, I still feel like my cans do not last very long.

First page of an Among Us comic book I’m making

I don’t have a name, so if you think of a good one please comment it. It took me 2 hours to draw all this in the car and it’s inspired by the Among Us TV show. I’m also not an artist or author.

Is there anywhere I could get replacement instructions for this?

I bought this kit way back in 2017, as my first Brickmania kit, however I have since lost the instruction for it, and Brickmania’s website does not have digital instructions for this or any more of this in stock. If someone has the instructions I would be very grateful if I could have them. (digital only)
