I have two rescues the same age as my Homer and they are much more out going and cuddly, I also have two Old German owls who are the same, my Homer is still a bit more shy so is this a Homer thing?

My cat caught this juvenile cat bird and my mom refused to take it in, I was going to wait till my dad got home to bring it in because it was injured my mom says it’s not her responsibility to take care of every animal our cat wounds even thought it obviously is, I don’t like our cat outside and I can’t believe I let it go, I want to find it again and catch it so I can wait to take it in, otherwise it will die of infection, my mom doesn’t care at all no matter what I say and I can’t drive or keep the cat in, I don’t know what to do he was bleeding out of the beak, a bit on the chest, and neck,

Idk if this is the right place to ask, but I wanted to do a painting of my pet pigeon on these feathers that I’ve carefully placed together

Pictures for attention, school starts tomorrow but I worry about the hawk that lands on my pigeons coop, the crows will chase it away but I’m still worried, does anyone have a similar situation? How food you handle it?

Ruffle never lets me pet him/her so this is a big deal
