Anyone lose eyelashes d/t inflammation? Were you ever able to regrow them?
I have a referral to ophthalmology and hopefully will get to the bottom of what is happening, but I've been struggling with dry eyes, allergy induced inflammation, and occasional blepharitis for 2-3 years. My top lashes are noticeably thinning, almost missing in areas.
Anyone lose lashes, but then successfully regrow them?
