I wasn't sure what flair I should use. But, recently when I've tried to play some XBox games the buttons on my controller are kinda screwy, when I played FF1 fine (as well as the Fable Games, DA games, and Avowed. My R2 button has been pausing the game, where it should actually be the shoot button which actually makes Gears E Day (and other shooters unplayable)

In Final Fantasy II, Y switches characters when it should bring up the character inventory.

idk how I'm supposed to fix this. I've tried with two different controllers and even tried to uninstall and reinstall the app.

Now, I'm fine with The Batman The Brave and the Bold and I'm probably going to like it because Damian is my favorite Robin, I mostly thought this could be a fun discussion.

If you could pick ANY director, of your choice and given them ANY DC character to do a movie about who would you pick to do what movie?

For me, Robert Eggers, is probably, my favorite director at this point and I just think he could do such a different take on a Batman movie. Like, I'm just thinking about Eggers making Batman super mythic and leaning HEAVY into that side of the Batman lore. It might even feel a little horror movie like, like I could just see him delving into the psychological fear criminals have of Batman

Annnywho, name a director, and what hero (or villain) you think they could do. Even if it's REALLY out there, just have fun with it?

Because holy shit playing via a browser, even with BetterXCloud just doesn’t compare to a Firestick. Mine just came in today and I can confidently say a Firestick is EASILY the cheapest way to play Xbox games (especially if you’re able to find one on sale, mine was under $100) I just tested Doom (2016) an indie Soulslike, Expedition 33, and Beast of Reincarnation, and when I say ZERO latency. Like, as in, it felt damn well like I was playing natively, I was most surprised how just how smooth Doom was. Yeah, I think I’ll be set for next gen with a PS6 and the Firestick.

Like, legitimately. I had been playing on the official app when I had a Samsung, but I have since upgraded the TV. It’s actually wild, using the official XCloud app, and using XCloud via a browser (also tried the TVs browser) is a WHOLE different service it’s actually unbelievable.

I’m not sure if some games are better than others, but at least Doom (2016) I can use as an example. Playing Doom on the official app was damn near a perfect experience.

This is coming from somebody whose first introduction was the MCU (well, TECHNICALLY the first Spider-Man movie) Yeah, I know, “holy larp!"

And not that I would probably main him, but I’m not gonna lie. There’s something dope in the simplicity of that suit that not even the MCU had. idk what it is, idk how I’m only realizing it just now, maybe it’s just the art style? But it is absolutely giving me the urge to check out some of those comics on Marvel Unlimited! (after I read up on my main girl, Peni, of course!)

These types of shows are my jam, like, I missed this. Now that Gen V is cancelled, and Hulu are actual morons (mod bot, it’s fine that wasn’t directed at anyone) for cancelling the Buffy sequel, I needed this. This is very possibly my favorite show and I NEED many seasons.

Also, this is Team Edward Vs Team Jacob all over again, isn’t it? I was Team Jacob, so from that I think you’re able to guess who I currently ship Elle with? (let me have it!)

Which is, admittedly, a minor inconvenience, but an annoying one at that. Does anyone know if there’s a certain setting that will stop the timeouts? I would like the ability to do others on the computer without worrying about the game timeout, or if I need to look up anything for a certain game?

(Not including Naughty Dog for obvious reasons) I think Fumi games is probably my favorite studio. idk it’s tough between Fumi Games, EmberLabs (Kena) and Studio 8 (Lies of Peak)

I think if I HAD to choose it would probably be Studio 8 then Fumi Games then EmberLabs in that order but they’re all real close.

What would you like to see them do next. Would you like to see Mouse become the Doom franchise it’s destined to become? Or would you like to see them make a new IP, or possibly do something wacky and zany with The Simpson’s, Futurama, or one of the other western cartoons. I’m not sure how the Simpson’s license works these days, but that’s another dead IP we need revived in game form.

I’ve been DYING for the game to drop ever since it was announced. It was painful waiting for the physical release and not caving to the early digital launch. We need more games like this man, hopefully this studio does more with this IP, hopefully we get cool stuff as more things enter the public domain.

I miss all those Simpson’s games, Hit and Run, Roadrage, Bugs Bunny Lost In Time etc. This kinda scratches that wacky and zany itch, but we need more!
