A bit insensitive question, but…is it THAT hard to make a profitable fighting game? (Considering countless anime-fighting game cash grabs out there)

And yes, I confess I know nothing about making games or businesses, but from a CONSUMER’S perspective, I’m a bit shocked how 2XKO failed. I mean, among shonen anime’s, it’s kind of a joke that a fighting game will pop out in 1-2 years once any of it got popular. And sure, they aren’t masterpieces or anything, but they’re everywhere and get regular DLCs to keep it fresh! Even for someone without an understanding of the gaming market, you can kind of put two-to-two together and figure out all these Japanese companies must be making easy money because the IP is popular already. They don’t even have to make a fantastic fighting game!

So with something as big as League of Legends, how in the world can a fighting game fail ? Is it because they doomed it by making it free-to-play?

Bank recommendations for expat working in Barcelona? Need account and a credit card. No TIE card yet, but has a NIE number.

What the title says. I can’t keep relying on my MasterCard that pays in foreign currency, and I need a bank account soon so my company know where to send my money! But I don’t know the bank companies of Spain and what offers they have. Like, what’s the “Chase” (American Bank) or “E-Sun” (Taiwanese Bank) of Spain? Also, what’s the procedures for opening an account? What if all I have is my passport, visa (Researcher visa), and a NIE number? Should I provide proof of my employment to get a credit card?

No appointments at all for TIE application?

I’m an expat starting work at UAB (Universitat Autònomas Barcelona), and I’ve been trying to get an TIE appointment with no luck. The website kept saying there aren’t any slots available. I live near the campus but no matter which location I try, Sant Cugat Or Cerdanyola, it always turn out blank. I have to get this done within 30 days, and I heard this process can take weeks. What to do if appointments don’t appear?
