Haba section leads do not have insider knowledge on bag info

What you see in the QIL is what we know as well.

Writing this because crew have been pressing me for extra info and getting upset when I don’t have any.

Sometimes crew can be just as demanding as customers about the bags. Please take it easy on us Haba leads.

Cancelled my ticket to change my seat, but the old ticket isn't going away.

So I cancelled my ticket to change my seat for a showing later today, but my old ticket, which is confirmed to be cancelled, is still in my upcoming tickets (no scannable bar code, says cancelled). This is now preventing me from getting a different seat in that showing.

For now I'm going to give it a few minutes to see if it needs time to account for the ticket cancellation, but normally I can just immediately pick a different seat. Any advice to get this cancelled ticket out of the way?

I really wish they gave an option for A-List members to just change their seat without having to cancel their ticket, especially since there's no money involved.

Thought I’d share a poem I wrote a little while after ending my 8 1/2 year relationship (OC)

How distant it feels
The time when I was in love
The way I would crave your touch
How our hearts seemed heavily intertwined

When I think about you
It feels like another lifetime
Yet I know it was real
And it was once mine

Some nights when I am alone
I think back on that feeling
How it was so wonderful
When I was sharing all of my nights with you

I begin to grow lonely
Wanting that past, that warmth
Starting to crave your touch again
But then I remember why I am alone

And I quickly snap out of it
That dream, that illusion
That trick my mind wants to play on me
Because my heart knows the truth

I am cherishing my existence
Living for myself, my heart, my mind, my body
And I fall asleep with a smile on my face
Knowing that I don’t need you anymore

Seems really awful and absurd to me at an event where the whole crowd is getting dehydrated. It’s a necessity to have water. I really hate that Liquid Death has spread to so many venues I go to.

I understand having the option to buy a bottle of water, but I think there should always be an option between bottled water and free tap.

I always appreciate when a bar at a venue will pour me a cup of water.
