How can a 19yo student start investing with pocket money?

Hello guys!!

I’m a 19yo student and I want to learn about investing. How can a student start investing? How much should I invest, and where can I invest? What are the best ways for students to invest? For how long should I keep my money invested, and if I need it, how easily can I get it back?

To be honest, I don’t know anything about investments yet that’s why I’m asking. I just want to understand how to start investing with my pocket money. Is that even possible? Please let me know.

looking for generative AI courses as a Beginner with live sessions, hands on projects, and guided.

Hey guys
I’m looking for solid Generative AI courses that go beyond just theory. Specifically, I’d love recommendations for programs that include:

  • Live interactive sessions
  • Hands‑on projects
  • Step‑by‑step guidance

I’ve been exploring different platforms, but most courses either feel too basic or don’t provide practical projects. My goal is to gain real‑world skills in GenAI that connect with my background in programming and cloud computing, so I can confidently apply them in internships or future projects.

If you’ve taken a course that really helped you understand and apply GenAI concepts (LangChain, LLMs, Hugging Face, vector databases, etc.), please drop your recommendations. Bonus points if the course also offers mentorship or a community to collaborate with!

Thanks in advance your suggestions could save me from wasting time on random tutorials

Got an Internship, But Should I Skip Classes in My Final Year?

I’m currently in my final year of graduation, and I’ll be completing my degree in just a few months. Recently, I got selected for an on-site internship, which honestly feels like one of my biggest achievements so far.

For me, this internship is a great opportunity to put my knowledge, confidence, perseverance, and skills to the test. I’m genuinely happy that I finally got an internship in the field I want to pursue.

But there’s one question that keeps bothering me and causing me a lot of stress:

Should I skip my classes this year to focus on the internship, or should I give up this opportunity and prioritize my final year of college?

I feel extremely confused right now. I don’t know which decision would be smarter or more beneficial for my career in the long run. I’m worried that if I choose the internship, I might compromise my final year, but if I choose college, I might regret letting such a valuable opportunity go.

Honestly, I feel a little lost and even dumb for not knowing what to choose.

So I genuinely need some advice from people who have experience with this. What would you do in my situation, and which choice do you think would be better for my career?

Why Is the ₹200Crore Ram Mandir Scam Being Ignored?

Recently, I read about the Ram Mandir ₹200cr scandal. Why is no one talking about it? Why isnt any mainstream media covering this? And why does the SIT keep saying the investigation is still ongoing? This isnt about ₹500/₹100 its abt ₹200cr. Even the government remains silent on the issue. I also heard that CCTV footage from the temple was deleted by the temple administration.

Current Update: As of early August, the investigation is still ongoing under the SIT’s supervision.

We Raised Our Voices, They Raised Their Batons

What kind of democracy responds to students with lathis and tear gas? Is asking for accountability now considered a crime? The images from the protest were heart‑wrenching young voices silenced with violence, their courage met with brutality.

I couldnt control myself after seeing those pictures it shook me deeply.

How can I build confidence and speak comfortably in public?

Hello everyone!!!

How can i build my confidence and speak more comfortably in front of ppl? i also want to learn how to express my ideas and thoughts clearly in front of others.

i have been struggling with public speaking/communication skills for a while. i believe i need to build more confidence.

i still remember participating in a poster presentation during my second year of BCA. I had to present my poster in front of my clg faculty, including the head of the clg. i had prepared well, but when it was time to speak in front of everyone, i became extremely nervous.

I started by saying “Good morning” but then i completely froze. i could not say another word My whole body was shaking, and i was sweating. it was a difficult experience, but it also made me realize that i want to overcome this fear.

u can see my poster above it was about AI in cybersecurity, and I created it myself im proud of the effort i put into it. I genuinely want to improve my confidence and become comfortable sharing my ideas in front of others.

I would really appreciate any advice/exercises, or personal experiences that helped you overcome public speaking anxiety. Thank you!

How Do I Break This Cycle of Procrastination?

helloo guys!!

Lately, i feel like ive completely lost control of my routine.

i wake up late almost every morning iquickly finish whatever work i have to do, and then i end up on my phone for hours. The worst part is that i keep telling other people im learning or doing something productive, but deep down i know im just wasting my time. It feels like im lying to everyone, including myself.

i barely take care of myself anymore. i only take a bath a few times a week my sleep schedule is completely messed up because i stay on my phone until late at night, scrolling without any real reason. then I sleep late, wake up late, and the same cycle repeats the next day.

whenever i decide to work on a project, i get excited at the beginning. I'll spend a few hours, or sometimes a few days, working on it. then, out of nowhere, i convince myself that i should learn something else instead. i leave the project unfinished and jump onto another idea, thinking it'll be better. After a while, I do the exact same thing again. I've been repeating this cycle for the last 2/3 months, and I don't have a single project I've actually finished.

because of this, i feel like Ive become someone who cant stay consistent. every day i make plans in my head, and every day i break them. It's frustrating because i know what im doing is wrong, but I still keep doing it.

now the dark circles under my eyes are getting worse. i feel tired even after waking up. i dont feel proud of myself anymore. i feel hopeless, disappointed, and honestly worthless because i know im wasting time that I'll never get back.

the hardest part isn't that i don't know what i should do. i know exactly what i should be doing. the problem is that i cant seem to make myself do it consistently. every day I tell myself, "Tomorrow will be different," but tomorrow ends up looking exactly the same as today.

i dont want to keep living like this. I dont want to look back a year from now and realize i spent another year stuck in the same loop, making plans but never following through.

No Internship Yet in My Final Year.

hello friends!!

Literally, i feel so disappointed and worthless i am a final year Computer Applications student, and i still havent secured any internship yet.

a lot of my friends from other faculties have already gotten internships, but i havent. The only internship ive done was a self-paced internship through Forage, which i found from an instagram reel. While it was helpful, it didnt feel like real industry experience.

i wanna do something that gives me actual real world experience for 1/2 months or even longer. The problem is that I dont know where to apply, how to apply, or even how to prepare myself for internships.

im looking for guidance and help in getting an internship, whether its paid or unpaid, online/offline. Any advice, resources, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
