Is it okay to call a man cute or you wouldn't like it ?

There is some discourse I've heard about men not liking being called cute so what are the other alternatives while texting? calling them hot ? handsome ? or anything else ?

What's your deal breaker in a relationship that's a point of no return for you ?

One thing that's non-negotiable and that you either can't forgive or can't tolerate.

My mom always belittles me while she always calls my sister pretty

I (F24) have always been called names by my mom and she never ever compliments me or makes me feel good about myself like a mother is supposed to do.

She hates my father (well they hate eo tbh) and she tries so hard to make me feel bad about myself whenever we have a disagreement by saying that I look like him (she finds him unattractive) and then she goes on a rant about everything she finds ugly about me, says my eyes are odd, my face is not pretty and so on.

On the contrary, she calls my little sister who is younger by 2 years than me pretty, compliments all her features and makes her feel good about herself.

I never show it to her but it hurts me a lot and I don't feel good in this house anymore, I still live with my parents which is humiliating at my age I know, because I'm still in college and I don't have enough in my bank account to find a new home. I really want to move out and start afresh but it's hard in this economy.

What's upsetting is that I've never felt bad about my appearence before, quite the opposite tbh I Felt pretty and confident. But ever since she's been making these comments about the way I look and other things that happened in my life, my confidence is almost non existent and I feel ugly. It's living with me everyday, I feel just so sad and so bad about myelf which is again disgraceful and funny at my age.

I can't wait to graduate college and be finally free!

Are there people using excalidraw daily ?

I love excalidraw for note taking but I mostly use it afterwards for a better undestanding of my lectures and primary notes.

Are there people that use it differently ?

How do you use MOC ?

I just ended my 3rd year in college, about to enter my 4th year, and Obsidian helped me a lot. I'm sure it is what made it possible for me to have great grades, something that wasn't even possible before knowing about obsidian.

I always wanted to use MOC but I always struggled to understand how to use it and implement it in my studying and organisation. I more or less know what it's supposed to do but I'm not exactly sure how it's supposed to work.

Can anyone explain how they use it to help me a bit better ? thanks !

Can I realistically lose 3kg for next month ?

I'm (23F, 5'3, 60kg) lowkey cooked. So I studied hard for my finals and with all the stress it gave me, I took refuge in food so I've taken about 3 kg (managed to lose 1 since my exams ended). I go on vacations on June 24th and I was wondering if I could lose like 3/4 kg until then or am I being delusional ?

How are your finals going (or how did it go)?

Went through 5 exams in total for now, still have 2 left for next week and surprisingly it went pretty well ! I had many doubts and was super stressed (like all students ig lol) too but I lowkey did good. How did your finals go or how is it going if you're still having exams waiting for you ? Did you do better than what you expected ?

And also good luck to all of you going through finals, hope you guys kill it and succeed 😄 !!!

Am I the only one who has an obsession with creating new links in notes ?

It's something that I really like to do whenever I study my notes, I try to relate everything with things I already know and if one note doesn't have any links I will try really hard to think of anything that could have any sort of connection with it lol.
