I'm due on in a weeks time and I just want to curl up in a ball and cry. I'm not hungry, I'm just tired. I wish I could sleep instead of coming to work. I don't want to talk to anyone. What's the point? I just missed a call from the rectruier who is definitely going to tell me I didn't get yet another job. I'm not even getting interviews. I just don't see what the point in it all is. I just want to cry and go to sleep.
Everything is so annoying. They are currently using loud af tools outside my office window (RIGHT OUTSIDE) to cut all of the grass and the hedges. Why? Why today? I can't focus on anything. This is grim. I was literally fine yesterday.
South Korean thrillers hit soooo well for me but we just don't have enough of them. Give us more! 👏🏻
sorry if this isn't allowed her. please remove if it isn't
i have been going to the drs for the last few months about my severe anxiety, depression, anger & feelings of hopelessness among other things the week before my period. i also have a lot of trouble concentrating at work and high irritability. they keep brushing me off saying that it's just my period exacerbating the symptoms of my anxiety & depression.
i really feel like it's something more but I'm starting to second guess myself. how did you know your symptoms were definitely something other than standard?
Open to any suggestions. Really missing the feeling of reading Six of Crows. Open to anything in the dark, gritty, gothic aesthetic though too. I also really love The Shepherd King Duology and The Knight & The Moth.
honestly tried everything at this point
I used to use all Korean skincare but after experiencing hormonal acne the last 2 years I switched to Natalie O'Neill's routine as I wanted something really simple as I thought my looong routine wouldn't be helping.
Alas, her routine just isn't hydrating enough for me personally, and I want back on my k-beauty products instead.
What products or ingredients did you find worked well for hormonal acne? No actives as I already do 20% az and tazarotene on alternating nights. I'm also already on medication from the doctor but it's been > 1 month yet so I'm still waiting to see how that works.
I'm thinking some of the Jumiso panthenol line and the COSRX Ceramide mist?
Open to suggestions, tia! Xo
Big fan of all of Lucy Clarke's thrillers so anything along those lines!
Would love some insight to this! I really struggle with the cycle of new hyper fixation → buy all the gear (with no idea) → hobby graveyard & money wasted.
I also struggle with the little "feel good" purchases, like the ones that are little dopamine hits but all add up if you're making several a week. For example, £20 on a micro-transaction in a game or a new £20 skincare product I don't actually need.
This is something I really want to work on so I can build myself an emergency fund so I would love to know how you already do this!
Looking for a recommendation for a thin tipped pen to make it easier to write smaller, please. My current one is too big and my letters take up too much space.
Only something cheap & cheerful, no fountain pen suggestions please as I'm new to the hobby & can't spend loads of money yet!
I'm based in the UK so any suggestions for pens available here I would appreciate!
Long time lurker. First time Hobonichi owner. I just bagged myself a weeks in the Prime sale for £15, and figured I would try it out for a few months before I commit to a full year in '27.
However, I feel kind of blind. I have never had any kind of journal or planner so I don't know how/where to begin. I want to use the weeks as a wellness tracker. So steps, food, sleep, habbits/exercise, even things like reading?
Does anyone else do this and have any tips on what that set up would look like? I currently record all of this on my calendar app on my phone but would love to add in the ritual of doing it manually.
It's worth mentioning my artistic skills are nil so I'm struggling trying to think how to display this on my own.

I always track my hobbies through my calander app on my phone but I really want to start tracking manually as well as my appointments, book tracker & other bits and pieces, so I've been eyeing up the weeks for a while.
Before I buy an old one, will they release new ones in August? Do they run Aug-Aug?
And if anyone could share tips or examples of how they style the hobby portion of their planner, I'd appreciate it! ♡
