3rd 2.5 injection wow and a question or observation

Well I took my 3rd shot Saturday morning, 1st was 1.5 and now two at 2.5 and it's just wild what the heck it does to food nose as they say. This morning it was not easy taking in 8 ounces of my protein drink with creatine.

My observation in the first week and I'm guessing will hold for this week is the appetite suppression is extremely strong for the first 3 or 4 days and then I can eat a little more as the week goes by but still not like I could before. I suppose that's what most find? It's like I can eat more getting close to next shot day but I have kinda developed better habits so I can't go nuts not do I want to. The cravings for sweets never wanes, I don't want to look at sweets the entire time.

Oh and I think I'm gonna have to give up the energy drinks. I think they just don't jive with this medication. Do you agree? I'm gonna give them up for straight up hydration drinks with serious electrolytes.

I love this not giving a shit about food. I mean this is wild and awesome.

2.5 mg kicked in and it's wild

Ok, I'm on my second week of Tirzepatide. 1.5 the first week didn't feel too much, just some specific snacking suppression.

Saturday I went to 2.5 and now I see how powerful tirzepatide can be. I was surprised it kinda kicked in so strong. Sunday we went to lunch and I was not able to finish my lunch. Now normally I finish maybe and have some of the kids they don't finish but not this time. I had some quesyness before I ate but that went away.

Now fast-forward to this morning. I got to work and started to drink my Fairlife protein drink and was struggling to finish it. That was wild. I've had some quesyness throughout the day and I did manage to eat some grilled chicken plus another fairlife protein shake. The only other side effect has not necessarily diarrhea but going to the bathroom a bunch. I was worried about constipation but this has had the opposite effect. I'm also a tad fatigued but I'm feeling like I'm handling it a bit better than this morning. Let me know if this is all pretty standard normal?

1.5 mg first dose?

I had my first dose last Saturday of Tirzepatide but my doc always does 1.5 mg first dose and then 2.5 for 3 weeks and then go to only n if needed. I can feel a very, very subtle change in cravings of sweets but I am getting hungry here and there pretty good. Normal before I only did 1.5 mg? I'm going to 2.5 this Saturday so I'll be interested to see if there is a difference.
