I have an interview today for a tech assistant at DoIT. the job looked like something i was qualified for ans am able to do but I want to know more about doIT if anyone here has worked for them before and/or is more familiar with them. Im a new transfer student to UMBC and been trying to get a job on campus.

I want to be sure i know a little more about DoIT so I dont come in completely oblivious of what type of questions they might ask me

Especially the oils. I was going to buy from them. But while I was on witchtok a saw a bunch of practitioners talking about how its bad and not legit cause its mass produced items and they also make things that are part of closed practices etc etc.

I know reddit already doesn't like witchtok but id like to know if anyone here feels the same and art of the root products?

So im a new practicing witch and i been wondering if anyone has ever used witch craft to combat actual physical pain? Like chronic pain caused from strain or anything else.

So basically im a student and i kind of fcked up my neck from hours of having my head tilted down. This semester so far its been at an all time worse. I cannot focus due to the pain in my neck.

Of course im not going to neglect seeing my doctor. I have an appointment set up tomorrow to see what I can do about this and im not trying to rely on pain killers either.

So far the only thing i use for relief is a rub on icy hot right on my neck.

But i cant take it anymore and I dont want to wait. Im in pain. I have assignments to do and an exam to study for but I cant focus at all.

I would really love to know if there's something I could give a try. Is this a thing at all??

I started taking social media more serious this year specifically on tiktok and my goal was always to go viral enough that I could start making consistent income on tiktok.

I started practicing witchcraft recently although ive been exposed to it since childhood but im just now doing it more serious myself.

I have learned that the best way a manifestation spell can work is to be as specific as possible avoiding being too broad when writing or speaking your intentions.

So i want to work on a spell that is specifically for this. I want consistent income from my tiktok content.

Currently a physics major freshly in my junior year and for a while now I have been thinking about my major more seriously. I know that a bachelors degree in physics is not enough unless I continue for a masters but it isnt something I want to do.

I want to major in something where my bachelors will be enough. So I decided i will need to let go of physics and choose something else if I want higher prospects of career opportunities after graduating or even before graduating.

I still intend on staying in stem but so far ive been thinking about statistics, data science, accounting, actuary or anything else similar that is very AI proof and employment rates are still good even 5 years from now.

Im not trying to get into anything healthcare either. Just more on the math/analytical side.

Anyone recommend a major a umbc that matches what im aiming for?

So long story short i was practicing LOA around late spring heavily to manifest a large sum of money. Being new to it i was not careful and specific with my words and I ended up getting what I wanted through a rear end car accident where I ended up injured and started working with a lawyer ever since.

This happened in late may and ive been going to physical therapy, eventually needed an mri cause my symptoms were getting worse, found out i have a torn disk, got an epidural injection, and now im back doing more PT.

I estimate that this case should reach its conclusion no later than December (I HOPE). There is a small chance that the epidural injection wasnt enough but ill know for sure with another 2-3 weeks of PT.

Anyways im still a new practicing witch and i want to ensure that I end up with the most possible money from this case. The lawyer im working with seems to be really good. I feel like i can trust him to get shit done but I really want to get the most i can get from this.

Basically since the start of this situation I have gathered all information, medical treatment, missed work, etc etc that will be applied and determine how much ill walk away with after the lawyers portion and so far im looking at 15k max if im accurate.

I want to do a spell that will activate a higher payout. Any recommendations, spell suggestions?

Im a physics major freshly into my junior year. Currently taking physics 2 and calc 3. Ive been thinking about my major more seriously lately and considering changing it because i really so want to be able to find a job with just a bachelors degree without having to go back for a masters.

At first I thought engineering was the best one to change to but tbh i dont actually want to do engineering in anything. I think i prefer something more analytical. More mental related than heavy hands on stuff.

But idk what stem degree I can switch too that wont be taken over by AI or atleast not entirely and is in high demand with just a bachelors.

I do want a masters degree but in something completely outside of stem.

For now im just trying to figure out the best major i can change to that will guarantee me a higher chance of getting a job after college with only a bachelor's degree.

My current living situation triggers thoughts i cant say here. Im in college. Im struggling with my current job as my hours have decreased and I wont have any work for the month of September. I have been sending job applications today for another job.

Currently I take 11 credits at my college and i can only work part time. I need to get out of my living situation because it causes me terrible thoughts.

Im miserable and I dont want to be alive if it means living here.

Im considering making a risky move. Right now I dont make enough to pay all of my bills. My monthly bills are 180 for car insurance, 482 for can payment, 90 for phone bill. And other monthly expenses include gas and food.

My college will be sending me a 4k refund check this week. And im considering using this paycheck to move out.

I want to look for a room I could rent somewhere. Like 650 a month max should be okay for a decent room.

But idk how soon ill find another job or when ill even have hours again at my current job.

I need to get out of here though. And that 4k may be my only way out. It may turn into 3k though after I pay some missed bills including this month's bills but I have to get out of here.

Edit: also forgot to mention that I have more money coming in case what I get now isnt enough. Im expecting settlement money for a car accident injury I got back in may. Idk how soon ill get it, hopefully before the end of the year and depending on my recovery progress, but it should be enough to even get me my own apartment while I continue working or looking for another job.

I dont get paid enough to cover all my bills or even to buy groceries. My mom is always on my ass about helping her and her husband financially.

And just this week my boss told me I wont have any work for september because hes looking to hire a new dentist which doesnt make any sense why I cant continue working if hes still there.

I need money. Real consistent income. A real job. Something that will allow me to live alone and still finish college.

Im still a baby witch and so far the only thing i have in mind is a money bowl. But I need something that is guaranteed to work.

Apparently this is offered in the winter. Has anyone taken this class during the winter session?? Its supposed to be a 3 week course. How does that even work. Was it doable?

Im still new to the college and navigating around it. Im completely broke and havent been able to buy groceries. I want to go on campus today but not unless im able to get something to eat so I started wondering if theres a food pantry but couldn't find anything about it on the website.

Like I mean im correct 90% of the time. When ever i have been wrong its because I either guessed the person's neighboring sign or their opposite sign. And its only the sun sign I predict. Never moon or other placements. I do this all the time with celebrities or sometimes I do it at work. I work in a health care environment and sometimes ill guess a patients zodiac sign.

So for example just now I had a patient come in and I didnt call them in to the room but I just saw them from the room I was in next door and I immediately said to myself "hes probably a capricorn" but then later I said "capricorn or aquarius"

So to see if i was right i pulled up his birthday and low and behold. January 9th.

Is anyone else like this?? What doea it mean if someone's almost always so accurate at predicting a person's zodiac sign without knowing their birthday??

I uninstalled tiktok today because lately ive been feeling that its been my cognitive function way worse than its ever been. I'm a college student and just started my semester and I've been depressed because I tend to procrastinate alot and doom scroll on tiktok for hours daily.

This heavily affects my performance with my classes so I decided enough was enough and I had to uninstall it from my phone.

I have IG too but i don't feel that same addiction to it like I do with tiktok.

Its only been a few hours today and I'm already feeling the overstimulation in my head clear away. Although because of the habit and addiction to tiktok my brain has been craving that dopamine hit I get from it and I coyld not get it from either IG, reddit, or Pinterest.

Im wondering now how much longer until I feel my brain function improves after doing this. I hope its fast because im scared of failing my classes.

I don't delete IG because its my only form of communication with my brother while he's overseas with the military. Otherwise I would uninstall that too.

I just want to learn material better in college 🥲
