Besides corrupting Garmadon, Overlord honestly don't do much evil, yea he want conquer Ninjago(like all villains from 1-15 seasons), but that it. Honestly would be better if he have motivation like Lich from Adventure Time, that he wants to destroy all life. And the idea from Crystalized could be expanded that he believes he can stop the conflict, if he kills every living thing in Ninjago.

It's most likely all just a coincidence.

You know that Land of Monsters have it's own flag, yea. Place that only inhabited by literally mindless beasts(also Cloud Kingdom is literally bisexual flag).

I never like Elemental Dragons, for me they just dues ex machina, which exists solely so that the ninja and Elemental Masters could leave Chen's island(That moment could have been improved simply by having the ninja and the Elemental Masters work together to escape the island), there no build up for that(besides Zane hallucinations) and there no Lore of Elemental Dragons.

Unlike Airjitzu, which has an lore and is significant from the very beginning (and involves a smaller plot hole regarding why the ninjas don't use it, unlike the Elemental Dragons, which go unused by not just the ninjas but also the Elemental Masters for some reason).

I will never understand why people love Geo as a character. This guy are boring af, he isn't doing anything. Take him out of the plot and nothing will change, the only useful thing he did was get beaten to near death by Ras. The only reason why this guy exist, as to be shipping bait, and along with Finders don't let Cole be with the ninja, because writers can't do anything interesting with Cole.

Look, I get that ninja are heroes and all that, but why couldn't they just give her a lobotomy. Or, at the very least, just not kill her, so she wouldn't go off the rails and cause trouble?
