Hello everyone, I am from gwalior a tier 2 city in Madhya Pradesh, so recently my father wanted to buy a plot in decent locality, after searching for months we are just stunned at the prices
In A decent crowed locality the prices are not below 7000 sqft , even at non authorised colonies and lands ( not registered by municipal corporation, means in future there is a slight change they might be declared illegal) the prices are 3000 sqft
For a decent plot you need to spend around 80 -90 lakhs in tier 2 cities , man what is happening to real estate market
I am 23 M , I have done my BSC in botany from dummy college and right now I have 0 skills thinking of joining tier 3 mba in hopes of getting some jobs but I have terrible communication skills ,
First I have chronic fear issue means even a little problem and my body will start panicking and will enter flight or fight mode
I am also introvert with a good shuttering issue ( thanks to my godly genetics given by my godly parents ) ,like let's say I met you first time there is a good chance I will not be able to complete one sentence without shuttering 10 times
And as you know most of the placement in tier 3 is in sales which requires good communication skills
What should I do ? If you guys know any other carrer path please tell me

Math - my arthematic basic are clear just need for practice, but I am weak in advance math
Reasoning - bank reasoning is much tougher than ssc one , so I guess need to start from scratch

Guys I am getting married in social entrepreneurship in tiss mumbai through cuet pg , I contacted many seniors and they said the average of last batch is 12 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and out of the batch of 18 currently 11 are placed , is true tiss will provide me more exposure and more brand value but my batch will be of 35 strength and course revolves around entrepreneurship, I am a fresher so little uncertainty about it
The other option is a tier 3 mba college in my city with hight placement of 16 lakh and average around 4 lpa
Please help me out
