So there’s two people that I get my remote job please from on social media. One of them post every single day and reports all types of different remote jobs (especially if you are a felon) every single day you need to be going on there and apply to those jobs she is letting you know about every single day. Her name is ririwfhoffice on TikTok. She has plenty of services also. The other lady is BebeSwfhworld from TikTok as well. She post more healthcare related job leads. BebeS is who I actually get my resumes from and I highly suggest that you guys look into her as well for services. At the moment, she’s not accepting résumé revamps right now because she’s trying to condense her seven jobs into four but she will let us know when she is accepting services for it. I have gotten multiple interviews and job offers with her resumes. She also lets you have her as a reference if you don’t have any remote experience.

I am currently looking for a remote position. One interview I had a couple of weeks ago was from Vxi. I noticed it was a group interview so there’s a whole lot other people there in the call getting an interview at the same time. I noticed that it was mainly other black women in there. and I just thought to myself like why are we not getting jobs? That was so unexpected to see that other people like me are not getting jobs either a whole lot more than other people. I mean, I know there’s a lot of people that isn’t getting jobs right now but still. So tell me how’s it going for you guys that are looking for a job right now? Especially remote ones.

Just the other day I was at the pool minding my business swimming and I noticed this lady that that’s been sitting in the corner ever since I got there. at first, I wasn’t paying attention to her but as I got ready to leave, that’s when I really noticed her staring at me looking at me sideways. I got up out the pool that was the only way to get out which was near her and I said “hey, how are you doing?” And she just stared at me looking crazy and I walked away. And I think she did say something under her breath when I was walking away, but I couldn’t figure out what it was. Nevertheless, y’all need to stop being bullies and judges to other black girls in any type of environment. This is an especially done at the workplace and yes, I have experienced that too. Y’all are supposed to be the ones that are uplifting us and giving us a wise advice and leading us.but for some reason y’all just have this hatred that you got to get rid of!

Me personally I always get the freetress spring twist or if I want a curly style, I mainly go for the freetress pacific curls because they don’t really tangle up so easily. I’ve recently been trying to look for other brands though, because I wore a layered crochet style and I like it, but it gets tangled easily and it wasn’t from freetress. So I’m curious what do you guys use? Any recommendations?

I’m not understanding why more than two interviews is necessary I mean, what kind of questions could you have to ask me after the second interview? I understand that you’re meeting with probably the team or the CEO but I still find it excessive. So what questions are they going to ask me? Do you guys remember what type of questions they asked to you during the third interview?

I’ve been using Experian for a while and I did not know that you had to pay a subscription to see your current score. What services do you guys use to see your score? The last score it has was from all the way in October last year.

If you are depressed and/or you have mental sickness then you should not be having kids.bottom line. there is no reason why your kids have to live out your consequences because you wanted to have kids without making sure you were OK mentally, physically, financially, and emotionally. My parents, especially my mom is the most outrageous (claimed to be religious) people I know. These people are the reaso I have horrible mental health issues now. It seems like my mom was very spoiled growing up and there is literally no reason why she is the person that she is today to her kids and people around her. I hope every parent that knows they should not be a parent and still decides to have dozens of kids anyway go to the deepest most darkest parts of hell. sometimes I wonder how do people deal with their life before they leave their parents house being gaslit,lied about to other people like family and friends, and taking advantage of. So before I made a bakery and actually started selling cakes, I would do it for fun and made a cake or two for the courthouse because a relative works there and
Said relative really wanted to bring a cake in for his coworkers so they could taste my good baking because he loves my baking. I brought one in that he requested, and there was one black lady (and only one black officer works there) who was very nice and she was the only black lady working there and she said she can’t have any because it had pecans on it (peanut allergy). So I’d say a month or so later I brought them in another cake just for her with no pecans because I didn’t want her to be left out and wanted her to feel special and she did and gave me a big hug and that was it. I did explain to them that I had officially made it a business, and everybody, except the lady just kind of turned their heads and started other conversations and was just being rude and not listening while I was making the announcement but I digress. After that, probably a few months later, I decided to make a bakery business due to the fact that I can’t have a regular job and I am a college student so it would really help with College.one day me and my dad came across a person at the store who happens to be my dad’s boss (a Lieutenant) and he told me that he never personally tried my cake, but everybody else in the courthouse really loved my cake and he kept saying that he needs one for an event so I said OK. I saw them now and I forgot to give him my website to put in an order so I just told my Uncle and told him to give them my information. They ended up never buying one which is OK. I don’t expect everyone to get one because cakes are expensive. They take hours to do and nobody wants to work for free. my uncle told us day keeps telling me about how they really miss my cake, but I am not making any more cakes for free. at least whole ones. I post all the time saying where I am going to be selling cake slices. I know people at the courthouse aren’t broke and they make a lot of money. Probably not six figures (even though some most likely do) but the point is they have money to spend so why keep asking me? But at the same time, I know who other bakeries always give free goods to the police department and fire department, but isn’t that only when they have extras? I don’t want to do that all the time. What do you guys think? What do I do?

EDIT: also the reason why I pointed out the ladies color is because I am of the same ethnicity and I know how it feels to be excluded in the workplace especially when you’re the only one that is different so that’s why I felt that I should have made her feel special and bring a second cake, but she was generous shared it with other officers so basically that brings me to the point of they actually got two free cakes. I’m not understanding this never happened to me before I keep seeing that people are getting their post removed because their accounts are new or that they don’t have enough Karma but I do so I’m not really understanding. I do have negative one comment Karma, which I don’t know why I’m in the negative. could that be the reason?
